Hello, I am using a SaaS module, but the module is not activating on the tenant side even though I have activated it in the formula. I checked the database and it is deactivated on the tenant client. I activated it via the database and I get this message on the tenant side when I go to the product page: “One of your modules failed its verification and got deactivated. Please reactivate or contact support.”
Please raise a support ticket within the support portal so an engineer of the module’s dev team can handle it personally.

Am I able to embed the shop in a custom made website?
You could do that under an iframe, if your server’s CORS policy allows it. Our module will work fine.
Does this module generate an embed code or link? And if not, are these any plans to add this?

No, having one is outside of its scope.
CSS is inherited by the style of Perfex CRM – in case you change those values, our module will also have an updated view (header, footer etc).
The new version of the module is not saving the creation of the product, I opened the console and got this Uncaught SyntaxError: Unexpected token ‘export’ chrome-extension://j…ntent_reporter.js:1
Chrome extensions are not part of our module, but your browser.
Please consider raising a support ticket, in case you are facing issues at your local installation. Our module saves products without any issue.
Ok I raised a ticket, to another module and the reason is that this module support has expired, you need to buy support from codecanyon to reply? it’s 38.50 and the module cost is 49$, it’s the same for you but I think as I already paid for this module and it was working until the update, you should not ask for more money as the newer version is not working on my side, as I told you in the ticket I think it’s a database issue because the last version did not ask me to update the database
As per Codecanyon’s support policy, assistance for modules is only provided during the active support period. Since the support for this module has expired, renewing it via Codecanyon is required before you can open up a support ticket.
Once support is active, please raise a support ticket within the support portal so an engineer of the module’s dev team can handle it personally.

Hi, could you please confirm: to update the module, we need to upload the downloaded products.zip folder to module installation part on Perfex and the new file will overwrite the old version, without loosing the data and content? There is a tech issue how to contact your support team. Thanks
That sounds like the normal upgrading plan.
You can contact our support team by raising a support ticket within the support portal.
What you are saying is a clear form of blackmail. Given that I am a customer, the issue is only about upgrade guidance. This should not be classified as technical paid support. We have purchased many modules and scripts, and so far no one has refused to provide guidance for an update, even when support had already expired.
Not sure why you feel this way – noone forced you to renew your CodeCanyon support service and you are free not to do so, as long as you are not asking for technical assistance (that can only be served within the support portal, as per this item’s support policy).
We initially answered to your upgrade-based question (at the first answer of this comment):

Hello, FYI, please send feedback to the support team that if the feature “Buy a gift card” is activated, when you proceed to pay (from customer perspective), it converts automatically the invoice as paid without processing/taking any payment from the user. Therefore we can not use it. Will wait for the following update to fix this issue. It is a helpful business tool but it is not set up somehow. Thanks

This is made as a module for Perfex CRM – you will need technical skills to integrate it at your custom website, but it wont be a huge task for a developer.

The products are not linked to the core items!? So If we want to make an invoice in the admin, none of the products are there?!
Core items dont use variations, images etc. Our module uses core’s Invoice controller in order to issue Invoices for cart items.
Thank you for the clarification, however thats unfortunate, there are modules that expand the core items module and keep the existong basic fintionality, would have been nice to be able to create an invocie internally using the same products (minus the variants). Thank you
Actually, things are not exactly like that. Extending the core items table or the invoice logic directly through alters would introduce long-term compatibility and performance risks, especially when the core CRM updates its structure.
Our approach intentionally keeps product data in a dedicated table, fully linked to invoices through relational references, instead of embedding everything into the default invoice items. This design keeps things clean, modular, and update-safe, ensuring:
>>No risk of breaking core updates (since no schema alters are needed)
>>Faster queries on product-level analytics, since we don’t overload the core invoice tables
>>Easier module-level scalability, allowing advanced functionality (variations, images, categories) without touching the core
In short, it’s not a limitation. Ιt’s a design choice to maintain integrity, modularity, and forward compatibility across CRM versions.
I installed the latest version, but I would like to know what happened to the coupons, after installing and activating it, it is not shown in the menu, and in the module files they are disabled?

This is a really good module.
@themesic: I sent you a support ticket with a little modification of your product. It supports now longer descriptions with html code (and you can add image urls via wysiwyg editor), a “Show more” link in the description and a modal popup for full description. Maybe it will be official implemented within the next updates

We do offer single URLs for adding specific products to the cart – a single page doesnt exist in the factory state of the item and thats something you probably already know, as you are a purchaser of the item.
I asked you to open a support ticket since you asked how to activate such a function, which is a technical procedure sales team cannot accurately guide you through and is not aware of its technical needs.

Is it possible to add multiple variable options to a single product?
For example, I have a digital product — Hosting Pan 1, and I want to add the following variable options:
- HDD: 1TB =$2, 2TB = $5, 3TB =$10
- RAM: 4GB, 8GB, 12GB
- Bandwidth: 10TB, 20TB, 40TB
- IP Address: 1 unit, 2 units, 3 units
Each of these options should have an additional price.
So, if a customer selects more RAM or a larger HDD, the total product price increases accordingly.

Hello, I have tested your demo but I noticed that the products cannot open into a single product page. Is that feature not available?
My major question: is this ecommerce only for Admin, or can customers sell their products in a marketplace-style?

We dont offer single product page views at the moment. This is something that may be added in a future release, though, as our team has already started working on it.
This is not a marketplace module, but a standard ecommerce one where products can be added in the admin area.
Regarding the errors you faced at our demo – i can confirm that there are no errors in our software. May we have a screenshot of the area where you faced this error and the error itself?
Thank you for your clarifications. About the error, today I cannot replicate it, so it might have just been a temporary server glitch… 
Those aren’t really server glitches , they usually happen because our public demo is open for everyone to test. That means sometimes users intentionally or accidentally modify or remove parts of the demo data, which can temporarily trigger such errors.
The actual product package is clean and doesn’t include any of these issues.

Our module uses Invoicing controller of Perfex, in order to provide immediate Invoices for orders placed by visitors/clients or through the POS system.
Possible with multiple variations? Like t-shirts size and color? If yes I will buy.
Also for me missing product page if you click on the product with extra info and pictures and maybe attachment documents…

it would be nice if customers click on the product picture that they get a new view with info about the product and possibly documents such as datasheet of the product to download. And that they can also put together the product and variant there. now you only have the possibility of 1 variant per product… so as an example iphone with 32gb or 64gb but can’t chosse colour blue or green…. it would really upgrade the module.

multiple variations is not possible… you have to check it yourself… admin can make but client can not buy multiple variation…. client can only choice 1 variant but not 32gb and green color…. also calculation shoulkd but otherwise… standard price 32gb 600 and variation 64gb extra 100 and color blue 50 and green 30 extra… now whe have to calculate if we make the product…. but first test your module from client side… multiple variantion don’t work….

You are probably looking for software products – something that cannot be achieved in Perfex CRM, as there are no native restrictions in the downloads.
We do offer digital product options to the items created in Perfex Shop but this is a feature that affects mostly Inventory and Reporting.
You could implement those custom fields but help of a developer will be needed for the same. This doesnt come as a standard.
Admin can check Inventory details from the respective tab, found in the backend.
