You need remove the files from the current installation, in order to avoid license lock during activation under a new instance/domain.
Once you do so from the old URL, please use the Licensing Flush tool ( its link can be found on the bottom left of New Ticket Creation link: https://themesic.com/support/ticket/new ), in order to have your license resetted through Envato Licensing API.
You will be able to activate the license at the new instance now, but please ensure that it is not active in any other instances, as that will trigger a new license lock.
is it possible to customize the module and use embed-form, similar to leads-web-forms on any website and sell with guest-checkout? I want my SaaS tenants to publish products on their landing pages and anyone can use guest-checkout. Not the invocie system.
Yes – however, that would need custom development, as its not included in the built-in functionality of the module.

Hello from Austria. We are interested in your shop modul but we are from European union and all companies in European Union have an UID-number. That menas if my company is in Austria and I purchase some products in Germany and get them delivered from Germany – my company is allowed to shop without tax if I have set my UID-number as a customer of the Germany company.
