Hello, I have a question: is it possible to create a quote for the customer’s order, rather than a direct invoice? I would like to add shipping costs (but they vary).

Our module uses Invoicing controller of Perfex, in order to provide immediate Invoices for orders placed by visitors/clients or through the POS system.
Possible with multiple variations? Like t-shirts size and color? If yes I will buy.
Also for me missing product page if you click on the product with extra info and pictures and maybe attachment documents…
And can variation have extra price?
Variations depend on the base price of the product. Thanks for your suggestions – we will forward them to the development team for potential consideration.

it would be nice if customers click on the product picture that they get a new view with info about the product and possibly documents such as datasheet of the product to download. And that they can also put together the product and variant there. now you only have the possibility of 1 variant per product… so as an example iphone with 32gb or 64gb but can’t chosse colour blue or green…. it would really upgrade the module.

multiple variations is not possible… you have to check it yourself… admin can make but client can not buy multiple variation…. client can only choice 1 variant but not 32gb and green color…. also calculation shoulkd but otherwise… standard price 32gb 600 and variation 64gb extra 100 and color blue 50 and green 30 extra… now whe have to calculate if we make the product…. but first test your module from client side… multiple variantion don’t work….
Each product supoort a variarion with multiple choices.

You are probably looking for software products – something that cannot be achieved in Perfex CRM, as there are no native restrictions in the downloads.
We do offer digital product options to the items created in Perfex Shop but this is a feature that affects mostly Inventory and Reporting.
You could implement those custom fields but help of a developer will be needed for the same. This doesnt come as a standard.
Admin can check Inventory details from the respective tab, found in the backend.

You can see in the image, it says “renewals” and “auto renewal for recurring invoices”. Does this mean automatic charge the customer?
Yeap, I can see that, but your initial message referred to “Subscriptions” instead.
You can set your services/products to have daily/monthly/yearly/biannual recurring Invoices and those will be automatically generated, without the need of a manual action.
can you make this module more powerful like supporting single product and some beautiful themes ui with custom product page attributes so that customer will use this over woo commerce and shopify it has all potential you just need to increase themes for all product types

Its kinda outside the scope of our module to provide theming functionality as it is supposed to inherit Perfex CRM’s styling (in case you altered this theme’s visible options, they will be also included in our module’s view pages)
This module works only with old version Perfex on PHP 7? Not 8x ?
Thats untrue. It works with the last version of Perfex and PHP just fine.
variations value it’s only 2, but how we can add more? For example RAM – 4,8,16,24,64Gb etc? And HDD 1Tb, 2Tb, 10Tb, 20tb? We want sell digs profuct like hosting/servers but need more variations value
You can add unlimited variations – the added on the demo website ones, exist only for showcase purposes.

Totaly: in Cart Client can see total price for order, after order we can see in admin panel full config server to install, after manual installation we send access to member and mark this Product – Activated ?
And Invoice be created every month for our service?

If you want to customize the cart page according to specific requirements, you need to apply custom development.
The cart page expected to be delivered, once you apply our module to your installation, is supposed to be exactly the same that you see on the demo website and it inherits funcitonality/appearance and styling of Perfex CRM.
And yes, Invoices functions are inherited aswell, from the Invoicing controller of Perfex CRM’s core – so you can set up recurringness.

i see many are asking for the embed feature or for the products to have individual links and nothing is being done. I purchased last month but without these added features i don’t want to share the cart because with 50+ products a potential client will get lost and leave. It’s 2025, this should be standard!
