Can you please let me know how to rectify this issue. I can not create a ticket, I dont have enable for support. Since I have a valida license, I suppose to update my script with my domain right. Yes you can create a ticket on the support platform. This is not a support platform, it’s a forum. Use our support platform for support related issues. I will also encourage you to renew your support.
For this I have to renew your support then, for this and all why I need to renew support, if any technical support require means it make sense to renew support. But for this clearly it saying what causing issue, can’t you rectify this issue without renew support.

Hello ifawazsh, we will respond to your tickets today. If you check our support ticket portal you will see that that we do not work on weekends, week days only, therefore when opening a ticket on a Friday, the earliest you should expect to receive a response is on a Monday.
