After updating to the latest version, I encountered an error related to the licenses. I followed the update process, but now my license is no longer recognized as the extended version, it’s showing as the regular one. I purchased, back in the days when the regular license was equivalent to the extended one.
Could you please look into this issue? For now, I’ve rolled back to the previous version.

Hello, I have purchased a regular license and may upgrade my license in the future. I have a few questions regarding the “66biolinks” product or script that you created:
1. Can I add a special folder directory option for the destination link that is created, and can the folder slug option be selected at will? Like this: Domain.com/d/abcde (folder directory d) Domain.com/video/abcde (video directory folder) and so on. I want to be able to select and use these custom directory folders freely from the dashboard.
2. I want to create a new menu called “Embed Links,” where I will create a streaming page similar to video hosting platforms like Doodstream or Filemoon, almost like a landing page. However, users would only need to enter an embed video link and some additional elements I add, such as banner ads placed specifically below or above the embed video and a clickable link, without needing to manually create the code.
3. What about the custom domain feature? Can only certain users add the custom domain feature, and can it only be used by the account owner? Also, can the web owner’s custom domain be used by all users, meaning it is public and all users can use the custom domain? Can the web owner’s custom domain, which is intended to be public, appear on other users’ dashboards?
4. Can your Shortlink script be customized like this: I want to split the traffic sources into a 4:1 ratio (4 to 1), where users who share a shortlink receive 4 traffic sources, and the 5th traffic source goes to the link I own, and so on.
5. Is all of that possible? What if I want to update the script in the future? Do the changes I make require modifying the script again?

Hi Team, I am currently using version 60.0.0 of the plugin and am attempting to update to the latest version 61.0.1. As per the documentation, I have followed the instructions to copy all the necessary files and folders. However, upon navigating to the URL/update page and clicking “Finish Update,” I am encountering the following error message:
“There is no active installation with this license key. Please go to the /admin/settings/license page and re-enter your license key to validate your current installation.”
I have confirmed that the license key is both added and active, but the issue persists.
Could you kindly assist me in resolving this matter?

But first make sure you have your latest files uploaded before re-adding the license key.

The code works as intended, I have updated numerous of my customers apps and it works accordingly if followed with precision.
I do not ask “unnecessary questions”. I ask the questions that lead to potential mis-steps in the updating process.
So if you send me your FTP & website link with the admin credentials and I do the exact steps in the documentation – you say that it would not work? Because if you do, I can 100% prove otherwise with a screen recording on your own installation.

Hello, my hosting provider is blocking all external CSS and JS files. So, my AI site and bio themes are not working well on the legitebusiness.com site. According to the new Spaceship hosting policy, all CSS and js files should be hosted locally.

There is no way for the checklist to check against an issue that randomly comes from your host

I’m reporting a bug with version v61.0.1. I’m not sure if the issue is with my server or what, so I’m logging a report here too.
When you open the bio link page on a desktop, it feels lagging. However, there is no lagging issue on a mobile device or any mobile view; it runs smoothly. The lagging is noticeable when the page is opened on a desktop monitor, especially when there are around 10 blocks or when the background is set to a video. Thank you.

Hi we are facing an issue, where the frontend big link button ui is getting disturbed, also the backend blocks editor interface gets distrubed when having more than 20-25 blocks, it all becomes jumbled up, and the drag and re-order system also does not work in that case.. this is when a biolink has more than 20-25 blocks.
