After you write on the nfc card and you tap it on a device. Its shows Unknown tag type
Thank you for sharing the video. Since the card is already linked, this issue usually occurs when the NFC card chip type isn’t supported or the data wasn’t fully written during the write process.
Please try the following steps:
1. Erase the card completely using the mobile app.
2. Write the card again.
3. Then tap it to check if it’s detected properly.
If the issue remains, please share the exact card type or a short video showing the write process so our team can verify it in detail.
Those are the steps I tried in the videos. I use the write process on the Gobiz app to write on the card, but wouldn’t work.

Please open your user panel, go to Business Cards, and you will find the dynamic vcard options there.

Sorry for the confusion. To create custom templates for your customers, please select “Custom” from the Business Cards section. From there, you will be able to build custom vcard.

Once the feature is completed and fully tested, we will announce it in the update logs and make it available in a future version. At this moment, we do not have a confirmed release date.
