Thank you for your message. We would like to confirm that the points you mentioned are implemented in the existing version:
• Server-side validation The phone field is strictly validated to accept only digits of a limited length, and E.164 format is supported where appropriate (these are the only ones included in the next update).
• Input handling All input data is processed using Laravel’s FormRequest’s validated() method. No user data is ever included in queries.
• Query security A discursive ORM and query builder with parameter binding are used throughout the system. No raw queries are used anywhere in the registration process.
• Security protection The registration form has reCAPTCHA enabled, and there is root throttling to limit automated or invalid attempts.
Together, these measures ensure that the registration form is secure and resistant to SQL injection or invalid input attempts.
In the upcoming version, we have included additional enhancements to further strengthen registration security. The phone number validation has been upgraded with strict regex and length checks to ensure only valid numeric input is accepted.
In addition, we have reinforced input validation across all registration fields, implemented safe parameter binding, and optimized the reCAPTCHA protection (already available on GoBiz).
These improvements collectively make the registration form more secure against SQL injection, spam, and other invalid input attempts.

I’ve recently purchased and tested the mobile app — it’s an excellent product overall. However, there’s a significant concern being raised by several customers:
During registration, when users are redirected to the web portal (double login) to select their plan or pack, they are unable to return automatically to the mobile app afterward. Instead, they have to manually log in again, breaking the user flow and creating confusion during onboarding.
Can we implement a smoother transition, such as maintaining a single sign-on (SSO) session or a deep link that automatically returns users to the app after completing the plan selection?
Additionally, please initiate a ticketing system for tracking and managing mobile app–related issues so we can log, prioritize, and monitor such cases effectively.

At the moment, the system does not support automatic redirection back to the mobile app after the plan selection on the web portal. However, once the plan purchase is completed, you can simply close the in-app browser that opened during the process — the plan will automatically activate or renew within the app afterward.

Again, this is the best script ever. However I have 2 feature store requests on the WhatsApp store. 1. Variations options eg, Size (L,M,S), Colourr options (Red, black etc) etc. 2. Addons options, this is mostly important for the restaurant theme.

After you write on the nfc card and you tap it on a device. Its shows Unknown tag type

Please try the following steps:
1. Erase the card completely using the mobile app.
2. Write the card again.
3. Then tap it to check if it’s detected properly.
If the issue remains, please share the exact card type or a short video showing the write process so our team can verify it in detail.
Those are the steps I tried in the videos. I use the write process on the Gobiz app to write on the card, but wouldn’t work.
