When logged in, he needs to proceed with the purchase

No reply after 15 hours. having issues. Why are users buying a course sent to register which is cul but after register they have to start all over again which isn’t right. after register they should be sent back to there cart if any pending order.

Yes, we have an option in Rocket LMS called “Secure Storage” that protects your video content against unwanted downloads.

The screenshot blocking option is not available.

I had this installed on my site before in the past. I took it down and I just reinstalled it with the latest update and the site is running extremely slow. I can’t function with this slowness. After looking at the comments it looks like EVERYONE is experiencing the same issue after the last update. It looks like whatever ‘improvements’ that were done in the latest update severely affected the performance of the script running. You guys need to revamp the script to increase the performance. It’s NOT our servers, it’s YOUR script. Please fix the issue and push an update to all of us so that we fix our installations and improve the performance and make it how things used to be!

Hi, may i know (1) how’s the Organization works? Org can have multiple instructors, if the Org purchased a SaaS package, (2) will all the instructor under it get the same package prviledges? (3) WHats the different between Instructor that register on his own Vs Instructor that added by Organization?

1. In essence, organizations function similarly to instructors regarding the options available in the panel.

However, organizations have additional features at their disposal.

They can define their own instructors and students and conduct private classes exclusively for their members.

2. The SaaS plans for organizations and individual instructors are separate.

3. Organization instructors will not receive commissions from the platform, while individual instructors will receive these commissions.

Organization instructors can, however, hold courses specifically for students within their organization.

I’m ready to purchase the entire packages you offer including plugins and and mobile apps, but I noticed the quiz feature, doesn’t provide explanations at the end. For example on our LMS inside the questions on quizzes we offer explanations, explaining why this answer is correct and why the rest questions are incorrect.

You can log in as the demo instructor and check the “Quizzes” menu in the panel sidebar.

Please check the following image, which explains how to define answer descriptions.

Note: This option is only for descriptive questions.

For multiple-choice questions, the answer description is not available in the current version.

I have installed the Rocketsoft LMS platform on a cloud server in Indonesia. My question is, why when I first log in with admin@demo.com and the password: admin to set up the dashboard page, logging in as admin is unsuccessful? Please provide an answer.
