1- Yes, you will get the full source code and can customize it. Please consider that some license-related files are encrypted, but it won’t affect the product’s customizability.
2- Yes, Rocket LMS includes free installation service, as we explained in the product description.
3- Yes, we accept customizations in most cases.
4- Rocket LMS was developed with Laravel. We developed it according to Laravel standards, so every Laravel developer can understand the code.
We have documentation, including the product workflow. We have no technical documentation.

2) If yes, are these videos protected from external downloads; for example, can users easily download them through browser tools like “Inspect” or “Network”?
3) How exactly is the video protection implemented?
I’m currently comparing LMS solutions and need to ensure paid course content can’t be downloaded or shared externally.

2- For decisive download protection, you need to use the “Secure Video Storage” that uses the Bunny.net system.
3- If you use the secure storage, your videos will be protected against unwanted downloads.
We also added a new level of content security in the upcoming update that displays the user information on videos randomly, with many options.

unfortunately, your demo is broken. For example, if you try to create a featured category in the blog section. I have the same issues after upgrading from Version 1 to 2.
I have already tried to contact you via a support ticket buy my support ran out, nevertheless I would still really appreciate getting an update, so that I will be able to use RocketLMS again. Currently, RocketLMS is completely unusable.

No reply after 15 hours. having issues. Why are users buying a course sent to register which is cul but after register they have to start all over again which isn’t right. after register they should be sent back to there cart if any pending order.

I had this installed on my site before in the past. I took it down and I just reinstalled it with the latest update and the site is running extremely slow. I can’t function with this slowness. After looking at the comments it looks like EVERYONE is experiencing the same issue after the last update. It looks like whatever ‘improvements’ that were done in the latest update severely affected the performance of the script running. You guys need to revamp the script to increase the performance. It’s NOT our servers, it’s YOUR script. Please fix the issue and push an update to all of us so that we fix our installations and improve the performance and make it how things used to be!
