one of my client has purchased this plugin its an awesome plugin and feature reach. while using this plugin i found a bug in the repeater section tied with quantity the bug is while increasing the quantity it increasing the section(repeater group) but when i decrease the quantity it dont remove the section example i increase the quantity from one to two it increased the section form one to two but when I decreased the quantity from two to one it does not decreased the repeater section from two to one i used the global one.
We cannot duplicate this from our end. Please ask your client to open a support ticket so that we can troubleshoot this on their site.
Hello, quick question, we are using Polylang Pro and Polylang for WooCommerce. Tested but it seems that this plugin is not working with Polylang. Can you confirm that?
There isn’t currently support for Polylang, only WPML.

Is there a way to change the names of the individual options without losing the conditional logic? I’ve already tried replacing the names everywhere via the database, but unfortunately, all the logic is lost…
You shouldn’t edit the database directly, as it can easily break the options. The option data is stored in a serialized format, so making manual changes in the database is strongly discouraged.
I’ve tried it in the backend before. If I change the name of the option value, the logic is lost, and I have to recreate it all manually. That’s suboptimal if only a name changes.
What do you mean by ‘name’ — the element name or the choice name? If you’re changing the choice name, that’s what the conditional logic uses (for checkboxes, radio buttons, or select elements). There’s no other safe way to modify the logic — it should always be done through the builder.

Yes, in that case the logic will need to be corrected since it uses the choice label.
Does that mean, if I change just one letter in a choice label, the entire logic is lost? I can’t do that with 100 items – the labels or names can change at any time. Each individual product has individual configurations that I can’t integrate via the form function. Any form that uses logic can apply such a small change…
I’m sorry, but the logic is linked to the specific value you’ve set. If that value changes, the logic becomes invalid.

If you type in the values instead of using the slider, this gray oval sometimes remains.
You can only add the item to your shopping cart if the value is surrounded by a blue rectangle.

A few years ago, I purchased it while working with another web agency and I was very satisfied with it. I’d like to buy it again for a new website I’m building, but I have one question before proceeding.
The site will include quantity-based discounts — for example, if a product costs €10, buying 1 unit costs €10, but if you buy 40 units, the price drops to €8 per item.
I remember that the last time I used your plugin, I had some calculation conflicts with a “tiered pricing” plugin. So I’d like to ask: do you have a recommended plugin for quantity discounts that you know works well with yours?

At the moment, there isn’t any known plugin that can display the correct results on the product page when using the tiered pricing model. However, the totals will show correctly in the cart and checkout when using compatible discount plugins.
We’re currently developing our own discount plugin that will fully support this setup and avoid issues like these in the future.
Is there ability to show only associated extra product in the cart without parent selection from the checkbox? Using checkbox and prodict items with conditionals.
If you mean not include the main product that includes the associated products the no, that isn’t currently possible.

Hi there, I have 12 checkbox options on a product but when I select several checkboxes, add to cart, and checkout, the only checkbox value that shows in the order details summary after checkout is the last checkbox option selected, and the same issue happens in the order details in the admin side of Woocommerce – it only shows the single option selected, and not the full correct list of checkboxes selected.

Hello. Where can I find the option to “Enable options to replace the product price” or something like that? I made 3 variation with 3 different prices, and is calculating also the product price when I add it to cart. I want, when somebody select a radio button with a price – only that radio button price to appear in cart. I have the lkast version installed 7.5.3 pro. Thank you.
For this to work you must have the Override Product Price setting enabled. This can be adjusted in two ways:
1. Globally for all products via the plugin settings under Global Tab → Pricing.
2. Individually for a specific product by going to the Builder Interface while editing the product and clicking on the Settings Tab (Builder Mode – Settings).

I have a license for this plugin for another site. I have a new popcorn shop where I sell bundles of popcorn(6 per package). Id like customers to be able to choose any 6 flavors (total) out of all available flavors. We set it up to choose any 6 flavors, each with their own prices(per flavor), but we need a quantity selection wheel as well for those that want multiple of the same flavors. Would that be possible with this plugin? I’ll gladly buy another license from you if it will work. I checked your demo site but didn’t see an option shown. Any help is greatly appreciated. You can enable the quantity selector setting for the checkbox element and the choice quantity will count towards the limit you set.

After updating the plugin to the latest version, I noticed two things that didn’t happen before:
1. The frames around the radio button images are no longer visible. When selecting an image, there’s also no active class being added in the source code, so the selected image doesn’t show any highlight or frame anymore.
2. Empty tooltips suddenly appear on selection inputs, even though tooltips are not activated in the settings.
I’ve already checked the style and frame settings in the backend (frame color, active frame width, etc.) and everything looks fine, maybe this information helps to identify the issue.
Could you please take a look or let me know if there’s something I might be missing?

Hi, would it be possible, or is there a setting, to only show the product variation price (variable product) and not include all the options prices, on the checkout page product summary? I would like to have a nice subtotal pricing summary like, first: variable product price and second all the different add-on option prices. Then below alle these subtotals you can see the total price.
The option prices are built into the main product price, so I’m not sure how a setup like that could work. All add-on plugins work this way because it’s the only method WooCommerce allows for handling custom pricing.
Because you have to create a “simple product” with EPO, the “add to cart” button doesn’t indicate that there are different options (on the shop/category pages, not on the individual product page). “Add to cart” then adds a product to the cart without selecting any options, instead of “make your choice.” How do I change this?
The plugin works with both simple and variable products — it’s not limited to simple ones. If you go to Plugin Settings → Display tab → Display and enable ‘Force Select Options’, the system will make sure customers choose an option by redirecting them to the product page whenever a product has options.
