Secondly the old update file of 105 mb is still there so how can i delete the old one?

Hello. When trying to install Add-ons, I am receiving an error stating that installation is not permitted on this version. I am currently using version 10.0.0, which was released today. I did not perform an update; instead, I did a clean/full reinstallation of the software.

The new version 10.0 is a great update and much improved. I have a question I’m using 9.9.5 version where I’ve made lots of customization in the fronted design. Now I want to update it to this latest version without losing my old customization what is the good approach for this I can import it from the dashboard it will replace everything with the new design which I don’t want. Can you please guide me how to proceed with this. Thanks in advance

From which version you intended to update on latest version?
Can you reset my license? I’m going to install it on a different domain.
For this you may not need to reset anything. Please remove the codes from previously activated domain and activate on new domain. That’s it.
