I have a problem, the plugin is not allowing anyone to finish a purchase on WooCommerce, I can send to you the Fatal Errors of Woocommerce but basically this is the error: “CRITICAL Uncaught Error: Class “WCAM_Order” not found in /chroot/.../wp-content/plugins/woocommerce-attach-me/classes/com/WCAM_Notifier.php:153”

The WCAM_Order is a class defined by the WCAM_Order.php component, and it is loaded when the plugin is initiated by WordPress. It can be found in the classes\com folder. Please ensure that the file is present and that none of the 3rd party plugins you are using is interfering with the initialization process.
Try also updating the plugin to the latest version. I’ve implemented a small improvement that prevents any error from being raised in case the class was not properly initialized by WordPress. Please note that if you do not fix the issue with the initialization, no data will be attached to the emails (in your case, the error was raised during the process that was checking is any file should be attached to emails).

How to change domain? I want to use plugin on my other site and unregister the older one. It says “Purchase code is invalid” when I try to register.
The Envato usage license policy allows you to use the software in only one end product (website) at a time. This means that licenses cannot be transferred from one product to another.
Once you register a domain, the associated domain uniquely identifies the website that will become the end product for which you are licensed to use the software.
However, the plugin activation system allows you to activate the license on two domains (the second one should be for testing purposes). On each domain, you can activate unlimited subdomains and subfolders.
If you have used all of these options, you will need to purchase another license to comply with the Envato usage policy.
As you mentioned before, I used plugin for testing purposes, now I want to use it on live website, because I have VALID LICENSE. And you are saying that I cannot transfer it from one domain to other and deactivate it on old domains? You cannot transfer license on your own, just 30 seconds of your time? So in this case I cannot use your plugin at all, although I have legal license and cleared payment.
So if I get it correctly, this situation is worth 1 star rating and escalate to refund situation.
As reported in the previous comment, the plugin can be activated in two distinct domains (one for testing purposes and one for production). So you don’t need to perform any migration; you just need to activate.
It was activated on two domains before. Not it has not been activated on any of live domains.

it might be because you are trying to install the package that contains the plugin and the documentation. Unzip it, you will find a file named woocommerce-upload-files.zip. That’s the one to install

It seems your server is not capable of managing a zip file. For this, you should contact your hosting service.
The only suggestion I can give is to manually upload the file content via FTP.

The purchase code is generated and validated by codecanyon. Please ensure you are using a fully html5 compliant browser like Chrome or Firefox. Try also disabling the other plugins; one of them might be interfering with the activation process.

Purchase codes are managed by Envato, not for authors. If you are failing to activate, please try using a fully HTML5 compliant browser like Chrome or Firefox. Usually, the issue is caused by this.

I’ve recently enabled HPOS in Woocommerce. Maybe just a coincidence but on orders list ( attachement item enabled ) there was a number of attachements in each order visible – as a number but now – it always shows 0 ( zero) attachements althought they’re added. Attachement nuber shows ok only after I add one using MANAGE option on the order list but disappears just after i refresh the page. Beeing able to quickly identyfiy which order is missing an attachment in order list is handy and i miss it

Ensure to be running the latest plugin version (26.9) and that no caching is interfering.
Ok but i just have found that it happens when compatibility mode in HPOS is disabled. When I turn it on again attachments number are shown corectly. Does it mean the plugin isn’t fully HPOS compatible?

I mean attach file, not embed link, https://ibb.co/nsHQj97D, in implementation is missing status on-hold. The custom states are working without any problems, but build in status on-hold is not implemented.
Ok. Unfortunately, it is not possible. The attachments are inserted via the ‘woocommerce_email_attachments’ action triggered by WooCommerce. That action was not triggered for on-hold emails.
If you renew the support license, I can try to see if the latest woocommerce versions have changed, but I cannot assure anything.
The on-hold trigger itself works fine. I’ve put together a fix for your plugin – could you please include it in the next release? The implementation of the on-hold attachment follows the same pattern as the other built-in emails attachments.

1. How to change file download link, for example mysite.com/?wcam_id=12137-0 – to be specific, change “wcam” string in all links and urls to “report”?
2. Attachments are shown only on Orders and Single Order page, but not on Downloads page, there is just empty space within Download tab (https://prnt.sc/dhfELo1bmZ7q). Yes, I checked that setting in settings tab.
