had this issue from the start but never got a proper solution. If I sell an item through Openpos somteimes the item is bookes from the stock multiple times an the stock gets negative. I see that I am not the only one with this issue so can you fix this please.

Hello, Just tested your demo but is only has 21 products while ours has almost 7000, This makes it very difficult to compare.
What i just noticed is that i logged in just 1 minute ago to my Openpos register but the login screen says 1 hour ago, does that matter? How ca I fix this?

1) By using terrawallet addon , can the user’s wallet balance be used in the pos order? For example, the user has a balance of $10 and purchases a $30 item, $10 is deducted from his wallet and the rest is paid in cash, can it be used in this way?
2) If we want to change a specific part of the software, is it possible? And how do you calculate the cost?
3) In registration, we only want to get the user’s mobile number and name. Is it possible to have only these two fields?
4) Does the software support UTF8 typing in usernames and RTL ?

Its very bad product, if your support expire no one reply me, only tell me again buy it, and if i want to upgrade a addon no addon download, because of expire support, lots of things are manage from addon, all addon suddenly gone mean not work, lots of place this available @ very low cost, but i select to purchase from here, i think i have a big mistake, because i download otherstation and hire a one developer to extend it premium in this cost. very phetatic support. its not a open source, code is made in angular no one direct customzed it. i download the latest version of this code and want to play the music, but suddenly check print is not work, POS without printer its like a joke, they not add in openpos app, its seperate addon, after support expire its not work. now i try to download again the addon msg come in screen renew our support.
I’im using a Sunmi Cashier, it has an intern printer, but this printer doesn’t work when we try to print a recept with OpenPOS. Note that we had RoverCash app with PrestaShop before changing for WooCommerce with OpenPOS. And it was working fine with RoverCashier.

i have been in a 7.3.4 fully working. but today i found my pos is not working. and found out there might be the recent update. so i update to latest now, and it still not working after updating everything. i try with different browser and different devices. the pos is showing only loading spinner.
I suggest : 1. Make sure you are using latest version 8.0 1 2. Clean browser cache. If use pwa , pls uninstall it 3. Close and open browser again 4. Done and check. Thank you

#1. yes , you can pay by cash as default function on each sales
#2. default, online store is a outlet , when Register POS under "online store" outlet, it will deduct the stock of WooCommerce . if you want set woocommerce as center stock , you can try this free addon https://wpos.app/addons/woocommerce-openpos-share-stock-outlet-with-online/
with this addon, when any pos register sale, it will update stock on your woocommerce
#3. we use pwa , it can work offline , sale auto sync with your woocommerce online store once network connect again.

Hello, We are having dificulties using our android tablets in the restaurant when not refreshing the tables. If someone opens a table, there is any way OpenPOS detect it and not allow in another android tablet to open same table without refreshing? sometimes staff not click the button refresh, which is not very friendly when a restaurant has movement, and then enter the order and not allowed to upload to the cloud because the table was taken by the other android tablet. Do you have solution for this? Thank you
