Hi, I have three shoe stores in different cities, with different inventory. We already have an online store. Each store has its own barcode reader and printer.
1. Can I pay by card or cash at each point of sale? 2. Is what’s sold updated in the POS with WooCommerce? 3. Is there a program installed directly on the computer for offline payments?

#1. yes , you can pay by cash as default function on each sales
#2. default, online store is a outlet , when Register POS under "online store" outlet, it will deduct the stock of WooCommerce . if you want set woocommerce as center stock , you can try this free addon https://wpos.app/addons/woocommerce-openpos-share-stock-outlet-with-online/
with this addon, when any pos register sale, it will update stock on your woocommerce
#3. we use pwa , it can work offline , sale auto sync with your woocommerce online store once network connect again.

5- default is no, but if you use that free addon (https://wpos.app/addons/promotion-for-openpos-best-woocomerce-point-of-sale/) , it make your woocommerce is center stock and it work exact as you want.

Hello, We are having dificulties using our android tablets in the restaurant when not refreshing the tables. If someone opens a table, there is any way OpenPOS detect it and not allow in another android tablet to open same table without refreshing? sometimes staff not click the button refresh, which is not very friendly when a restaurant has movement, and then enter the order and not allowed to upload to the cloud because the table was taken by the other android tablet. Do you have solution for this? Thank you

Hello, I am from the Dominican Republic. Here, by law, every invoice must include a Fiscal Receipt Number (NCF – “Número de Comprobante Fiscal”) issued by our tax authority (DGII).
When a customer makes a purchase, we are required to ask if they need a fiscal invoice (for tax credit) or a simple consumer invoice. Depending on their choice, the invoice must generate a different NCF type (for example, B01 for tax credit, B02 for final consumer, etc.). These numbers must be sequential and managed according to the rules of the DGII.
I have been using OpenPOS for some years, but right now it is not possible to add or manage NCF numbers in the invoices. Could you please consider adding this feature (a way to select invoice type and automatically assign the correct NCF) so the plugin can be used legally in the Dominican Republic?
This functionality is very important for restaurants and retail businesses here, since without it we cannot issue valid fiscal invoices.

Hi, I am trying to test your POS for my WooCommerce retail store. When I try to search using the top search bar, it is not showing the search result. Not show how it is supposed to work. Do you have a video on how every part works, so I can see if the test demo is working properly or not.

Same issue as AndreHolmanNetherlands, last update is causing barcode scanning to have quantity of 2. A customer was overcharged today. Different barcode scanner gave the same result – likely bug.

Since the last update, our scanners have suddenly started using a quantity of two for each scanned product. Normally, when we scan, the default quantity is 1, but now it’s 2 for everything. We use different computers for this, as well as different scanners, which we haven’t modified ourselves. When we manually enter a product in the search bar and press enter, it defaults to a quantity of 1. Do you know what’s causing this and what we can do about it?

the barcode label composer returns a 500 error with php8.3, but not with php7.4. is there an issue running this function with php8.3?

WHEN A PERSON ORDERS THROUGH THE WEBSITE, WHEN PULLING THE POS TO PROCESS, IF THE REQUESTED PRODUCT HAS ALREADY BEEN SOLD IN THE STORE, IT IS STILL PULLED AND PROCESSED EVEN IF THERE IS NO STOCK, BECAUSE IT WAS ALREADY SAVED, it must be pulled and although it has already been processed it should not happen if it is no longer in stock, we are talking about orders pending payment

POS is panel use for store staff at brick and mortal store. so, the sale done on store PUBLIC device => not secure to type customer creditcard info. on website, the sale made by customer and do on PRIVATE customer device, => it secure to enter credit card info. so, can’t do POS payment action like as website. that is reason you see the shop often done payment via terminal. to connect with that terminal, it use own api, not like as website payment.

I USE THE WPLoyalty POINTS PLUGIN FROM Wployalty BUT THE POINTS ARE NOT SYNCHRONIZED IN THE TICKET THAT SHOWS HOW MANY POINTS THE CUSTOMER HAS AT THE TIME OF PURCHASE. I ALREADY TRIED ADDING IT IN THE SPREADSHEET
