Hi there, just bought your plugin and would like do mention a couple of things: - please give support how to install the POS, in knowledge base there are only very specific things, video is from 7 years ago - Getting the products into the POS was a real hassle, made it with the help of chatGPT: “Log out/log in twice at the POS (yes, really)” - All Users in Europe are used to prices incl. VAT. Please add a feature that the prices are shown incl. VAT in the overview and not only in the cart.

I have a store that sells by weight using a scale that prints an EAN13 code and SKU, for example, 20IIIIIWWWWWX, where WWWWW is the weight and IIIII is the SKU. I couldn’t find a way to calculate the weight from the barcode on your website. Does the software support this? If so, how is it done?

How can I download the plugin to change the stock from the app? I’ve been asking for this years a go, I even suggested it, and now that I see the plugin exists, it won’t let me download it because I don’t have support. Any alternatives? Anyway, thanks for all the love you give to the app.

had this issue from the start but never got a proper solution. If I sell an item through Openpos somteimes the item is bookes from the stock multiple times an the stock gets negative. I see that I am not the only one with this issue so can you fix this please.

1) By using terrawallet addon , can the user’s wallet balance be used in the pos order? For example, the user has a balance of $10 and purchases a $30 item, $10 is deducted from his wallet and the rest is paid in cash, can it be used in this way?

Its very bad product, if your support expire no one reply me, only tell me again buy it, and if i want to upgrade a addon no addon download, because of expire support, lots of things are manage from addon, all addon suddenly gone mean not work, lots of place this available @ very low cost, but i select to purchase from here, i think i have a big mistake, because i download otherstation and hire a one developer to extend it premium in this cost. very phetatic support. its not a open source, code is made in angular no one direct customzed it. i download the latest version of this code and want to play the music, but suddenly check print is not work, POS without printer its like a joke, they not add in openpos app, its seperate addon, after support expire its not work. now i try to download again the addon msg come in screen renew our support.

I’im using a Sunmi Cashier, it has an intern printer, but this printer doesn’t work when we try to print a recept with OpenPOS. Note that we had RoverCash app with PrestaShop before changing for WooCommerce with OpenPOS. And it was working fine with RoverCashier.
