When I select a product, it goes to the top of the page. Why does it go to the top of the page? Shouldn’t it continue from where it left off?

When a product is added to the cart in the mobile version, it immediately jumps to the first product, i.e., the top section. Shouldn’t the page stay where it is after adding a product?

Let’s assume a customer has placed an order.
1- Can they delete something from this order? 2- Can they edit this order after creating it? 3- Can they add other products to the orders they have created later on?

Hi, once an order has been submitted, it cannot be edited or deleted. If any modifications are needed, the client can send a message through the client portal, and admin team can review and decide on the requested changes. Thanks.
Is there currently a way in which we can add a logo for a client? I can see that it’s possible to add a photo for each contact within a client / company however it would be useful to also customise a client by adding their logo to the profile.

RISE is an excellent CRM. But it would be nice to have two features that I find very useful:
1 – A configurable reminder, so that reminders can be sent by email X minutes before a scheduled event as a reminder to meeting participants.
2 – Adding a BACKLOG column and the MILESTONES feature to projects, to better organize tasks and achieve greater predictability.

Hey guys, could you kindly look into the db in the next update, Table – (rise_invoices) – status, does not update the status to paid once a payment is made. It stays as not paid in the db but in rise shows has paid, we believe this might be a slight referencing mapping issue. kindly look into this please, this is very useful for those using api’s. Also if a payment data_time can be put into this section of the db table this will be beautiful thanks. This way we can know the exact date and time of payment receive.

Hi, how can I tag or @ a client who has commented on a project task that they are the client for? I do not see any way to add them as a collaborator or direct message them in a comment for the task/project
Hi, yes, you can do that by enabling the following permissions: Settings > Client Portal > Client Permissions > Client can view tasks and Client can comment on tasks.
After that, go to the project details page and add the client contacts to the project. Once added, you’ll be able to mention the client contacts.
