After upgrading, I encountered some issues with major browsers (the CRM no longer displayed correctly), so I followed the procedure to fix the SSL and updated the PHP. After doing that, it stopped working completely. I have years of data that I absolutely cannot lose. Can you help me fix things so I can use the CRM again? Do I need to renew my support?

Hello, After migration from shared to VPS I received the following error: (Internal Server Error. The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.) Why do you have to manually change estimate status (from expired) if you changed the expiration date on the estimate??! makes no sense

I have observed that when a lead is reassigned from one user to another in the CRM, a notification is generated within the system. However, there is no accompanying sound notification. For better usability, a sound alert should be included along with the system notification. Additionally, this should also be integrated as part of the push notification feature.
I couldn’t configure push notifications. The explaination in the setup guide and pusher.com it completly deferent. Please help.

In the settings>Support this option is repeated “Allow non-admin staff members to delete tickets and replies”. Could you please explain?

Legally, in order to collect a payment, you must issue an invoice.
However, my recommendation for this will be something like this:
OPTION 1 You can add the deposit to the invoice as payment and in this case, the invoice will have the status Partially Paid until it’s paid off, after you record the full amount the invoice will have status Paid.
OPTION 2 (Eq. invoice of total $500): Create one invoice for the deposit of $100 and another invoice when the balance $400 is due.
In this method, you will need to create 2 invoices. For the customer to confirm Eq. their order, you create one for the deposit of $100. In this invoice, you will indicate in the description column that this is just a deposit payment for the total amount of $500. The invoice total will still be $100. Then when work is complete or you deliver your goods, you will prepare your final invoice of $400.

Dear team,
While importing Expense, it is not able to import expense in bulk with linking Projects. for example, a excel sheet with expenses and also project ID.
so please make option to import the expenses with Excel linking projects too.
I think you guys need to work harder on form validations. Why not have things like libphonenumber for phone validation and another lib for email validation.
Too much spamming such that we have to completely stop web to lead functionality.

As we all know, leads generation is a very important step in CRM and this app is “Perfex – Powerful Open Source CRM”. So thinking how to collect leads instead of spams should be a core functionality.
