Hi I have the API option enabled for a plan. That plan is assigned to a user. However, when logged in as that user, if I go to Integrations, the API option still shows the ‘Upgrade’ button. What am I missing please?

If you assign a plan to a user and it is a paid plan, make sure to set the expiration date as well otherwise the plan will revert to free when the user logins. Also make sure the API is enabled globally in the admin settings.

I am sharing updates I noted on some platforms which are they enforcing and so I thought I might share so you can use to improve the product.
1) RecaptchaV3 is moving from the classic to the cloud project, which I think all will migrate to the Google Cloud by end of October. I read till now no changes required in the code or anything, I share this because to can know if there anything we need to aware and also make you aware.

which we need to send the API request to their confirm user has accepted the cookies or something to capture sessions like before, can you look what we can do about it?
it is really useful tool in monitoring the user recordings
3) With users using the Paddle billing, can make way to enable the Paddle Retain , as it is a wonderful tool that provides
- Payment recovery
- Proactive payment method Change
- expiry notifications
- Smart retries
as it would very helpful for the business, since they can increase the CLV
4) When we use the og image for the website, it also applies that image for the all the domains , like other premium domains for the urls shortening, qr codes is also use that image. Is possible to make the og image uploaded uses only in the main domain not other domains?
5)I have some tickets #32468, #32267 pending for long time, which are some bugs which occurred before can you confirm if it is now fixed, only when you are free.

1) Thanks we are aware of this. Users just need to migrate.
2) This will require some programming on your side as we don’t have direct support for microsoft clarity at the moment. You will have to read cookies and check if the user has accepted or not then use

4) It only applies when the domain does not have fixed root url. I will see what I can do.

You can disable it from the plans. If you want to remove it complement then you will have to edit the code.
If I deactivate this in the plan, then it will no longer be available for the bio page either. I just wanted to deactivate it only for the short links. Thanks

You did not change your main site url. Go to database > settings table > find ‘url’ and change the value.

I’ve properly configured the cron job, and other cron logs are displaying correctly. However, the URL Checks cron job log is not appearing.

Try copying the link manually in the browser and see if a log is created. If a log is created then cron job might not be setup properly.

Hi, would it be possible to add a feature in an upcoming update that’s only available for registered users? For example, an image could appear blurred with a message saying: “Register to view the full image.” A direct chat function between users would also be great to encourage more registrations.

I am not sure I understand. What would the image be? As for the chat you can add 3rd party chat widgets via the admin panel.
The new theme is almost done. Just need some polishing.
It was just an example: Content (e.g., links or images) is only visible to registered users. Anyone who isn’t logged in will see the message: “Please register or log in to see the content.” // Simply to get more users.
Where in the admin area, I can’t find anything.

Ads are disabled for pro members. Are you seeing ads on paid user bio pages?
Not being logged into the site, what I mean is a feature to disable ads only on the bio page for paid members, and a pro member message.
This feature could also be added to the subscription plans table.

favicon not showing on google search. why??

That is weird. Favicon should work correctly. Which format do you upload? I would recommend uploading a .ico as search engines look for that first.

Sometimes search engines grab the favicon without parsing the website. Replace the favicon at public/favicon.ico by your own to force browsers to use yours. Make sure to rename it correctly as that name is used as default by most search engines.

TLD blocking is now integrated in the plugin. Just add *.TLD and it will block it (e.g. *.com will block all .com domains)
I noticed in the changelog that you can now create a custom footer…but I can’t seem to find this option anywhere in the admin panel. Anyone know where it’s hidden?
