Pre-sale: so there is no other option to pay our non-US affiliates than via Paypal garbage?
You can proceed with the payouts via PayPal, Stripe or manually via wire transfers, if you wish.
Is it possible to integrate the affiliate plugin with an existing customer account dashboard so that it doesn’t have to have it’s own separate login?
Hey,
Yes, of course. any existent user may become an affiliate with the same account, without a separate registration process. You have shortcodes available in order to let them become an affiliate with just one click.
Great! I just have 1 more thing to ask. Is it possible to reset my license? I used it like 6 years ago for a site and the site was deleted in 2020. I am launching a new business (hopefully longer lasting) and I would love to use the plugin
Hey,
You can do that by yourself via https://ultimateaffiliate.pro/login/
If I setup a membership using woo subscriptions using ultimate affiliate pro, will the affiliate get their monthly renewal commissions?
Hi,
If you wish to reward the affiliates for recurring charges, you may use the Ultimate Membership Pro system for managing recurring subscriptions.
I would like to ask how can I purchase an add on? I have a lifetime license but I need the Dokan Integration add on.
I got an email from you that asked me to transfer my Envato license over to your website. On your website you charged $79 per year. My Envato license is a lifetime license. If I transfer my license, will it be converted to a yearly license?
You will find all the information into the page related to this
I did not find this information on that page so this is why I’m asking you directly. Will the license switch to a yearly plan?
Obviously not. Clearly you didn’t check the page if you asking this
It’s not obvious and I’m sure that’s your plan for your “new and easier” bs system. Is this why you’re linking directly to your website’s checkout page from your Envato listing?
Can you please have the sales report/sales history show the actual product that was purchased in woocommerce, not just the total of the sale.
This information is more related to WooCommerce or e-commerce system and not to the affiliate program.
But the actual report is yours, you control what data shows there on the affiliate members screen. So yes, it is affiliate related since the report is actually coded by you and in your plugin.
Hello.
Upon attempting to update to version 9.5.3, we observed unusual behavior: first, the “Update” option does not appear directly in WordPress, so we had to proceed manually, and instead of replacing the existing installation, WordPress recognizes the package as a new plugin (with a different name/folder). As a result, both versions appear simultaneously in the plugins list—that is, it does not perform an update but recognizes the new version as a separate plugin. This seems quite risky. In addition, after reviewing the ZIP and comparing it with our previous version, we noticed substantial changes in the structure and contents of the files.
Is this behavior intentional (a slug or packaging change), or is it an error? What is the recommended procedure to update without losing configuration, licenses, or data?
Thank you.
Hi there,
No, it is not an error, this version is coming with various changes. You may proceed further with the downloaded plugin installation and you will not lose any data or configuration.
Thank you so much
The WordPress dashboard says there’s a new update, 9.5.2, but the information displayed is for 9.5.1. This is confusing.
Version 9.5 – 07.22.2025 - Fixed: Loading Translation warning - Fixed: Affiliate FlashBar module compatibility - Fixed: Affiliate Avatar on WP Multisite - Improved: UAP Dashboard tables - Improved: Source Details option on Affiliate Portal - Improved: Simple Links option on Affiliate Portal - Changed: PayPal Payout Setup instructions - Changed: Stripe Payout Setup instructions
Apologies for the confusion earlier — this issue has now been fixed. The dashboard will correctly display the update information going forward
Hi team,
Just bought your plugin.
I’ve activated the “Pretty Affiliate Links” extension, but I can’t find an interface to directly specify a URL in the format of yourdomain/ref/abc. On the Affiliate Links page in the Affiliate Portal, I only see URLs like yourdomain/?ref=abc. Because of this, affiliates have no way of knowing that a more user-friendly URL format exists.
Am I missing something? Can I set all the links to only use the yourdomain/ref/abc format?
How does mlm works? Does it support for membership or sign up refferal commision or product sales based commission only?
The MLM module works for the affiliate program, rewarding the upline affiliates regardless. the source or the reason of the main referrals
pls The plugin hasn’t been in use on the old site for over three years and i need to use it in my new site

I purchased it through Envato some time ago.I do not have an account on https://ultimateaffiliate.pro/login/. Please remove the deactivated websites from the license.
Is there a way for me to update the license on my own? I can not contact you with my current expired license. I just need the domains removed, please.
Nevermind. I found it. Thank you!
Hello. I have an original license and it’s having a problem. This message is appearing: This is a trial version of Ultimate Affiliate Pro plugin. Add your code in the License section to enable the full version of Ultimate Affiliate Pro. I’m trying to validate the license and it tells me it’s invalid. Please help me resolve this.
I already figured out how to activate the license again, but it happens again, it gets deactivated again.
Hi,
Based on our data, your license is active and running. Please share more details regarding your license via Profile Form: https://codecanyon.net/user/azzaroco
Hello, I changed my domain from http://loja.clubedcompras.com to a new one and I would like to revoke my license so I can activate it on the new domain. Could you revoke it?
See how it is working now
Hello,
Thank you so much for your quick help with the license revocation. I really appreciate your support.
The transfer worked perfectly, and everything is now running on the new domain.
Best regards, Leandro Guerra
You’re Welcome!
Hi WPIndeed team,
I’m unable to open a support ticket via your Support Center—it’s prompting me to renew support to send a message.
The plugin hasn’t been in use on the old site for over three years—that site is now on Shopify, and I no longer have access to it. Consequently, I can’t revoke the license via the plugin.
it will not revoke access, so I can use it on my newly redesigned site on a new domain name
Any assistance—like manually resetting the license so I can activate it on the new site?—would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance for your help!
See how it is working now.
I was able to get it active on the new site. Thank you, my friend!
Hi, The UMP login field is labeled ‘Username or Email’, while the UAP login only shows ‘Username’. This inconsistency creates confusion for users during the login process. To resolve this, UAP should be updated to automatically match UMP’s ‘Username or Email’ label. Implementing this simple fix would significantly improve clarity and user experience for everyone.
Can influencers create their own coupons and use them to track sales instead of using referral links?
Hi,
Coupons are created by the Admin through the integrated system, such as Woo, UMP, etc. and linked with affiliates, not by affiliates.
Hi, I have changed my domain from http://ultimateunnati.com to newer one but i am not able to install license due to it is still activated on old website. but old website is not live. domain also expired. please revoke license from old one so that i can use in my new website.
