1. There’s hotel room booking option, you can check it at here: https://demo.goodlayers.com/traveltour/homepages/main5/ . It’s including in the tour master plugin already.
2. RTL fixed by the custom CSS, if you want to edit it, we will provide some small/simple adjust for you.
3. If I understand it correctly, you want the customer can book 2 rooms at the same time, is it right? It’s not possible, sorry.
4. We will provide support within 12 hours from Monday to Friday.
5. The regular license only for the support not including the installation service.
6. We don’t support the Apple Pay, sorry. However, you can use third party bank payments with Woocommerce payment. You can learn more how to set up in the doc : https://demo.goodlayers.com/document/tourmaster/ (Tour Setting > Setting up Woocommerce payment..) *Please note that deposit feature won’t work with Woocommerce Payments
7. We don’t have sms notification feature, sorry.

Hello, could you add an option that allows users to book their trip by paying in installments? For example, if a trip costs $100, the customer could choose to pay it in 5 installments. Once all installments are paid, they would then be able to take the trip and receive their valid ticket.

Great, thank you. I have a question: is it possible to retrieve tours and travel packages from platforms such as Expedia, Kayak, or Lastminute via API?
The idea would be to allow users to make multiple deposits. Once the total amount required for the trip is reached, the trip becomes unlocked and the user can proceed with the booking.

2. We do have the multiple deposit feature like this: https://take.ms/8LWso (max 5 times)
3. Woocommerce depposit, if you choose to use Woocommerce payments, the deposit will not be available.

hi i have an issue with the Stripe payment,have the theme goodlayers ,tourmaster and i don’t know anymore if the support expired but have problems ,with the payment with stripe credit card,goes on a white page and does not load the stripe credit card form with post error404 on developer console log page. have to purchase one more time the theme or the plugin for more support cause i’m going mad,stripe is a built in payment,instread paypal works fine. pls help me

so the site is quite a little bit online,i’ve been given only the wordpress login,so to look a bit around and to look up and update a little bit the tourmaster plugin cause the calendar of tours ended on 2024,guess my boss bought the license about 7-8 years ago.i’m not the editor of the site where tourmaster and goodlayer has been chosen.just updated all plugins and got also the calendar of the tours updated to 2026 but i got these small issues on stripe and so on.think that assistance in both cases is expired,wondering if purchasing the theme+ support from this mine account would be eligible for assistance on the old site.think some templates and pages are outofdate.

Can you login to your WP dashboard and go to Appearance > Themes. If it’s Travel Tour theme that you’re using, you should purchase Travel Tour in this case. Otherwise, you can purchase Tour Master alone.

We don’t have the built in payment for Paysolutions, however, Tour Master also support Woocommerce Payments. If Paysolutions is available in Woocommerce payments then this will be fine. *Please note that the deposit feature won’t work with Woocommerce Payments.

Presale question for extra license: I saw the option of “Book now, Pay later” which is interesting. However, this looks to be available even up to last minute bookings. Is there a way that the “Book now, Pay later” option is available up to X days before the tour and other payment methods such as credit stay available until the last moment.

We used this plugin long time ago, but somehow, the way how the checkout was, didn’t worked out for us. Here are the requirements we like to have:
1. We are running cruises eg on Monday, Wednesday and Friday, is this possible? 2. In some seasons, we like to have the possibility, to run those cruises only in August on a Tuesday and Thursday – additional. Is this possible? 3. The checkout, can this set, to have the booking form filled out, then go to the payment part, where fill out the billing information and credit card information (we use PayPal only), then paying and finish confirmation when paid. Is this possible? 4. Deposit payment, as I understand, this is supported, but only when NOT use the WooCommerce payments, this is okay, as Your plugin supports PayPal. Is there any other payment method supported?
If you are able to have these requirements, then we will give it a try – again.
The thing we have was, that the user needed to create a login, what we not need.

Hi, a presale question. I realized that on the Tours demo customer needs to fill both Contact detail and billing details separately. Can I set it such that for example only Contact details will be displayed for customer to fill and a check field to activate Billing details only if different from provided contact details.

For the demo: yes, we have the demo content but please note that this is a WordPress plugin, it’s not a theme so there will be only tour data imported, not stylings like shown in the demo site.

Hello, I’m an admin for a website using your theme and I have encountered a very important issue. Ever since this last November, the enquiry form doen’t work. I don’t get any success or error message after submiting the form and of course I dont get any emails. It’s like the submit button doesn’t work at all. The theme and plugins are all updated in the latest vesrsion. I’ve also deactivated all other plugins, except for the required ones, to check if there’s a conflict but the problem remains. Last year we renewed our license but unfortunately it was valid up until some days ago. Can you please help?

Hi, I’d like to set up my restaurant’s reservation system. I have 2 tables for 2, 7 tables for 4, 5 tables for 6, and 2 VIP tables for 10. Customers can book and pay a minimum of €10 per person using Stripe during three time slots: 5 PM to 6:30 PM, 6:30 PM to 8 PM, and 8 PM to 10:30 PM. I also need backend admin access for bookings.
Is it possible for you to show me a working demo of both the frontend and backend via a link? I tried your backend but couldn’t see the frontend after configuration. Furthermore, everything deleted after a few minutes, preventing me from running simulations.

As I read your requirement, this should be fine. You may set each tour for each table and in the tour package, you may put them as a time slot.

I am installing the Astra theme with Elementor on a client’s site with the Tour Master plugin preinstalled. When activating the Astra theme and when the Tour Master plugin is activated, Elementor does not work. I saw in past comments that you already had this problem. Have you found any solution for the Astra+Elementor functionality?
