no support at all for this product

I bought this plugin thinking it was as easy as advertised, but it became much more complicated. There are much easier tour plugins out there. I don't recommend it. I asked for a refund, and I have been replied no.

Last year in 2019 i bought this theme for one of my sites. I have been getting so much support from their team and this makes my job easy and smooth.

This year in 2020 we decided to develop three more sites and i bought three more tourmaster plugin.

Appreciate their great work and plugin.

I bought this plug-in (for a second time, I like it so much). At first there were a couple of compatibility issues with the WordPress theme I was using. I sought help form support. Loc always replied quickly and helped me solve the issues. He soon had everything working properly. Excellent support, I wouldn't think twice about purchasing any of your products in the future. Not very actively supported, we made the mistake of buying this hoping to customize it a bit but we've had better luck with newer plugins.

Exactly what I'm looking for! It's an excellent tool to organize your tour an a few click.
