I am installing the Astra theme with Elementor on a client’s site with the Tour Master plugin preinstalled. When activating the Astra theme and when the Tour Master plugin is activated, Elementor does not work. I saw in past comments that you already had this problem. Have you found any solution for the Astra+Elementor functionality?
I was also wondering which latest version of Tour Master, is there a changlog? I would like to see if the client plugin is up to date enough. Thanks

Hello.
First of all I must say that I’m very happy with the plugin and the template. But after many years of using it I encountered an issue with the VIDEO. Specifically:
1 – when I use a video as a background on the ORDINARY page, and
2 – when I use video as a Header Background on a TOUR page
the video doesn’t play on mobile phones.
I tried this with both, by using a Youtube videos as a Header Background and also tried using a HTML5 video as a Header Background.
My installed Travel tour Theme Version: 5.1.6 My installed core plugin: Version 1.9.5
Any hint how to correct this ?

1. Can you try to disable all other plugins first and see if it’s fixed or not?
2. Please make sure that you update the theme to latest version : https://goodlayers.ticksy.com/article/1893/
3. Please clear website’s cache if you’re using caching plugin and also make sure that you clear browser cache.
After you updated the theme and still have issues, please make sure to follow this.
1. Make sure that you clear browser cache or test with another browser and see if the problem fixed or not.
2. Try to deactivate other plugins (except GoodLayers plugins). See if it’s fixed or not.
3. Go to theme options and click on ‘Save Changes’ button.

Hello. Sorry for my late reply. So, I tried everything as suggested but unfortunately the result is the same. I deactivated all plugins (except Goodlayers of course), updated the theme but the result is the same. Any other suggestion ?

Is it possible to try this plugin to see if it has the options needed for a tour/excursion website? Im sure it will work but i cant tell the client it dont work after buying? Would not be good for me. 7 days trial or something and if not suits refund of money? Is this possible?

Hello, does your plugin now do auto reminders for payment balance or does it work with plugins to get it done like Mailpoet? Can the deposit be auto-charged if the customer agrees to multiple deposits before clearing up the balance? If not, does this now work with woocommerce deposits, I like Yith deposit which allows for payment by X date and cards can be auto-charged using Stripe.
I don’t see why you make people create accounts to test the plugin when you could easily provide a demo login information, it’s invasive. Even worse there’s no way to delete an account after testing…your guest check out process does not work in the demos.
Does this plugin allow for custom fields for the traveler’s information e.g. Dietary restriction field after they fill in their names? How does this look on the admin’s back end?

1. The auto reminders will work with the PHP Mailer from the plugin itself.
2. The deposit must be manually charged, we don’t have an auto feature for it.
3. I’m sorry for the inconvenience but we don’t have the testing site with the backend at this moment.
4. You can add the dietary restriction field for the traveler but the field will be available to all tours/bookings.

You can try to check the full-payment-amount and deposit-payment, next-deposit-amount in \wp-content\plugins\tourmaster\include\payment-util.php. We don’t have the document for developer so you will need to customize it by yourself.

3. Can I set up a property linked to each other?
