1. We used Laravel and the Blade Engine for development.
2. The main identity verification process applies to instructors and organizations.
They can submit their information by filling out the “Become an Organization” or “Become an Instructor” forms.
The admin then has the authority to approve or reject these submissions.
Additionally, there is a process known as “Financial Approval,” which is applicable to all user types.
This process is related to the payout system.
Users must provide their financial information in order to receive payouts.
The admin is responsible for reviewing this financial information and granting approval. Once approved, users can receive their payouts.
3. This option is specifically available for instructors.

Hi, I’ve followed the documentation and even read other comments in this section, and I can’t find any help. How do we activate live video stream classes? I’m using Agora and I have the App ID and secret, but when I create new classes either under the system admin account, or an instructor account, there’s no option for creating the link and testing it.

Basically, it depends on your usage. A Regular License suits personal use, while an Extended License is required for commercial or business purposes.

We would like to clarify that the changes we made are not a new feature; they were implemented in March 2024. The previous structure was not suitable for drag-and-drop functionality, nor did it allow for adding new data or managing content positions on the canvas effectively.
Additionally, it was not compatible with Unicode languages. To address these limitations, we have introduced a new flexible API for generating certificates that resolves these issues.
If you are aware of any local solutions that provide the functionalities mentioned, we are open to integrating them with Rocket LMS.
