Hello, I have reinstalled the plugin (as there were previously problems with other plugins/themes). Unfortunately, I cannot activate the plugin, or rather, it is not activated after I have entered my username and purchase code.

Hi,
please ensure you are using a fully HTML5 complian browser like chrome or firefox.

Dear Support, I have installed and set your plugin. I have an issue, that concern the button added for each order to open a ticket. This button does not appear. I have set a WP defaut Theme, deactivate all plugin except Woo + your and the button still not appear as you can see in this screenshot (https://pasteboard.co/geFksK111STR.png)

Website : https://www.eliquide-pas-cher.fr/

Could you help me to fix that

Yes, you can send me the login data I’ve requested via a private demo message (click on my name, then use the low-right box).

Remember also to report a step-by -step guide on how to experience the issue.

When the extension is activated, a 404 error appears on the website.

From my tests, all works as expected. Use the following clean installation of the plugin: https://codecanyondemo.work/wcsts/ (user: demo, pass: demo) and report to me how you experience the issue, I’ll try performing some further investigation.

The display is still on the activation page, even though it says activation was successful.

I’m sorry, what do you mean by “the display”?

Please try activating the plugin with a fully HTML5-compliant browser like Chrome or Firefox. Ensure also that none of the plugins you are using is interfering with the activation process.

During the initial installation, the initial activation screen asks to enter username and code.

I’ve entered the information and it says activation was successful, but the screen still asks to enter the username and code again during the initial installation. and just now i tried again, but the license is invalid.

Did you try using the browsers I reported earlier and deactivate the other plugins?

If you share with me via private message FTP and wp-admin access, I can try to investigate further. Thank you for your collaboration.

In this case, WordPress caught an error with one of your plugins, WooCommerce Support Ticket System.

First, visit your website (https://*****************/) and check for any visible issues. Next, visit the page where the error was caught (https://**************/wp-admin/admin.php?page=wc-orders&action=edit&id=159942) and check for any visible issues.

Please contact your host for assistance with investigating this issue further.

If your site appears broken and you can’t access your dashboard normally, WordPress now has a special “recovery mode”. This lets you safely login to your dashboard and investigate further.

To keep your site safe, this link will expire in 1 day. Don’t worry about that, though: a new link will be emailed to you if the error occurs again after it expires.

Yes, it is.

Yes, now it is, but it was not 3 days ago.

I have the Envato Market plugin installed, so it shows immediately when an update is available.

I have decided to no longer continue with this extension, switching to Fluent Support Pro

Yes, It was released 3 days ago. The plugin was published before the comment, but might have been approved by Codecanyon some hours later.

managed to get it working, by manually uploading \ updating

Hi, since the last update, the order page in the admin area no longer shows whether there are tickets. Now it says “add new ticket”. Previously, it was much more convenient to access a customer’s order and see all the tickets for that order directly.

Try updating to the latest version.

You’re awesome! I’m renewing my license to support you. Thank you so much!

https://ibb.co/Z16CnZ7N

Thank you very much, I really appreciate it!

how do i reset the licence. i only use it on one domain, but now it is asking for activation again, when i add purchase code it show can only be activated on 1 domain, how to reset the licence

You cannot reset the license. You can activate the license in a maximum of two distinct domains.

Thank you, i managed to get it sorted out by reconnecting the Envato Market plugin.

what is the best way to change the CSS without having to know how to code CSS. I am surprised you cannot make basic color changes. My theme changes some colors but not all. Also, there is no option to Aline boarders or remove boarder change button colors. I need to fix this because it looks outdates and ugly gray color. But i will say it works nicely. Is there any real documentation on how to make theses fixes. Thanks

I’m really sorry there isn’t any way for that. To customize the style you need to redefine the CSS (modifying the original files or using a 3rd party plugin that allows the loading of custom css on pages).

hello i just bought this plug in i am using chrome browser I cannot activate the plug in it says invalid purchase code

Purchase code is invalid!

Try using another fully HTML5 compliant browser like Firefox. Ensure also then none of the third party plugin you are using is interfering with the activation process.

Dear Vanquish,

I wanted to register the plugin after activating it. Now it says my username and purchase code is invalid???

Both are correrct and valid.

Regards, Jochem

Hi Jochem,
Ensure to be using a fully HTML5-compliant browser like Chrome or Firefox. Ensure also that none of the 3rd party plugins you are using is interfering with the activation process.

Hi Vanquish,

I am using the WooCommerce Support Ticket System plugin on my site, but I don’t receive any email notifications when a customer submits a new ticket. This makes it difficult to manage tickets properly, since we only see them after manually checking the backend.

Details:

WooCommerce version: 10.0.4 WordPress version: 6.8.2 Plugin version: 18.0 Hosting provider: Siteground

Issue: When a customer submits a new ticket, no notification email is sent to the admin email address.

Customers also don’t seem to receive confirmation emails when their ticket is created.

I have checked my spam folder and the site’s email setup is working correctly for order emails and other WooCommerce notifications.

What I’ve tried already:

- Verified that email notifications are enabled in the plugin settings. - Tested with different email addresses. - Cleared cache and disabled other plugins to rule out conflicts.

Could you please check if this is a known issue, or if there is an additional setting/hook required to get admin/customer notifications working?

Thanks in advance for your help!

Hi,
I’m sorry, but without any further clues, it is quite hard to determine the cause. The plugin uses the WooCommerce emailer component to send emails. w

It doesn’t require any particular setting or hook. I’ve performed a few tests on my test environment and all seems ok.

Ensure that the main options related to the email notifications haven’t been disabled: https://ibb.co/1pFp36N

We want to user our license Key but I get the notification that it’s not valid. Can you check. It’s for the domain https://harman-retailkatalog.de/. Thanks in advance.

Bests

Ensure to use a fully HTML5 compliant browser like Chrome Firefox when activating. Ensure also that no 3rd party plugin is interfering.

hello i am interested in you plugin I use mailster will this plugin work with yours thanks

Hello,
The plugin sends notifications via email using the WooCommerce Emailer.

Hello. I wanted to ask you if you could provide us with a custom implementation. We have been using your plugin for a while, and we are now using Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM. We would like to know if there is any way to connect both systems, even if it is only one-way. The idea is to connect some tables from the databases used by your plugin with some tables from Microsoft CRM. Of course, we understand that any changes or adaptations to your software code will incur a cost. But first we would like to know if this implementation is technically possible. Kind regards.

Hello,
I’m really sorry I haven’t any knowledge about Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, so I’m not able to assist you on creating a tool to import the data.

Hey hello, does WooCommerce Support Ticket System is not available at Elements envato? i have an account at elements envato and want WooCommerce Support Ticket System plugin but can find it.

Thanks

Yes, it isn’t available. Elements Market is not profitable for authors, and many of my plugins are no longer available on that market.

Ok! thanks for your response. Is any way to delete the sites were activated in the WooCommerce Support Ticket System i bought, sites are no longer online =( in fact they never saw the sunlight.

No, unfortunately, there is not. Once you have consumed the license for a domain, you need to buy another license for the new domain.

Hello, I have buy and installed your “Woocommerce upload files” on my website. I have activate option for display upload form into cart and checkout page but it not appear into frontend.

Can you help me to fix? It works only into thank you page. I need to have a contact for support. Please write me at info@cresciniwebsolutions.it

Hello,
To ask for support, you need to use the account you used to purchase the plugin. The one you used hasn’t have any license associated with it.

Thanks for your help, Fred

Hi Fred, Ok, and what trouble are you experiencing?

Hello, this option does not work

User ticket – Disable user ticket opening The user won’t be able to open new user tickets. He can only read the already existing and the ones opened by the Admin.

I set it to Yes and user can still open new ticket

Hello,
From my tests, that option works as expected: https://ibb.co/rffPzYXZ

NOTE: that option applies to user tickets, not to order tickets.
If you wish to apply that option to order tickets, edit the WCSTS_HtmlHelper.php (located in the classes\com folder) end replace line 133 with:

$new_tickets_can_be_opened = ($ticket_type == 'user' || $ticket_type == 'order') && $options['disable_user_ticket_opening'] ? false : $new_tickets_can_be_opened ;

i tried to update from 1.74 to 1.7.8 or 1.7.9 and now to 1.8.0 i receive the error “invalid post type” into black wp page and nothing morebasiclly i can’t upgrade over the 1.7.4

From my tests, all seems to be working as expected. Ensure none of your 3rd party plugins are interfering.

To exclude any plugin malfunctioning, please use the https://codecanyondemo.work/wcsts/wp-admin (user: demo, pass: demo) to recreate your scenario and report how to experience the issue, I’ll try investigating further.
