Simple yet powerful ticketing solution. Ticketing is working as described by the plugin provider. Our feature requests that were critical for customer communication were implemented and support was given (provided we did pay for it). For CSS customisation you can use classes assigned to the html objects.

The plugin is really good, it works great and very useful.
The only bad point is the style. The default CSS is outdated and you need some knowledge to adapt css files to your template (colors, font size...).

There should be a way to select ALL the reasons for ratings. The plugin works - let start there. It works! It functions perfectly out of the box and should you be in need of ANY assistance, the support is fast, friendly and on the money. Every plugin author should take notice - what a great experience!

Great customer support for plugin. Customer able to easily create tickets and now able to notify specify emails address on tickets updates depending on ticket subject choosen.
The ticket system to great to manage customer questions and notify the relevant people who are best to anser the query.

The best Ticket system I've found so far for woocommerce, and perfect service from the maker.

Almost perfect... Nice plugin. Fast support. Why not 5 stars?

Well... the downside is that if you choose two methods for opening tickets (Order and User support ticket), the customer has to navigate from one to the other to see admin's ansers. It would be preferable for all the tickets to be in the same place, in WooCommerce customer account (User support ticket) .

Currently, if we choose to allow ticket creation in orders and in the User support ticket , the customer must imperatively go to see the orders to see the response from the admin. Which can be an unfavorable user experience problem.

Of course, we can opt for one solution, either one or the other. And that's a shame. I believe this option would be fairly easy to achieve.

If this little inconvenience doesn't bother you, then go for it .. it's a very good plugin!

Unfortunately this plug-in did not work well for our site (too many customizations were necessary), but we received an excellent support from the team.
