There was no problem with the system, I was just using it the wrong way.

Love the idea to have the support tab with the customer orders. Think there is room for improvement but all good and solid plugin.

I have spoken to the developer and he has guided me and tested the plugin with me. The code works really well and doesnt have any conflicts with the 30 plugins i have activated. This is an amazing plugin, and i dont purchase that many, this is worth every penny and i highly recommend this plugin to everyone that needs it. Please share.
