( filter in the tab https://gdapt.tw/filter.png )
Hi apxgreen
Thank you for choosing Filter Everything PRO.
Go to the filter set placed on this page: https://gdapt.tw/product-category/space/living-room/ and in here: https://prnt.sc/mP5P4sUqQ7kn try to use this class:
.elementor-element-9173c23Copy the class name with the dot at the start of the class name; it is a definition of the class.
And test how it is working with the new class. Here’s the front view where that class is: https://prnt.sc/L_PXVXEawzVK

Victor
I am just wondering do you have a guide to styling for these filters, or a cheatsheet to help get started with the css?
Many thanks
Hi irishdesigned
Thank you for choosing Filter Everything PRO.
No, unfortunately, there are no specific CSS guides, as all the styling follows a default general approach used not only for our plugin but for styling any elements on the site.
In general, we have this brief explanation about how to style elements and how to find their classes: https://wordpress.org/support/topic/colour-change-to-filter-title/You can place all your custom CSS in: Filters > Settings > Experimental > Custom CSS.
We recommend checking out any available video tutorials on how to use your browser’s inspect tools for CSS. This is general knowledge, but once you learn it, you’ll be able to style any element on the site without any issues.

Victor
is it possible to add pre-order status in the filter?
Hi alessiomarca12
Yes, absolutely, all you need to do is create a filter from a “Custom Field” and use the meta key “_stock_status” just like this: https://prnt.sc/a7cAivsCy9lm and on the front view: https://prnt.sc/W5bn_DfFh96V

Hello I already sent login credentials to my site so you can do a follow up of the problem. Warning: activating the currently installed version of FE Plugin will cause a critical problem and inactivate WP Dashboard. FE is currently working in this page: https://panqayuda.org/tienda2025/tienda/
Hi omar_sanar
Hmm, since it will cause a fatal error right away, do you think you could provide FTP access so we can restore the site if that happens? We don’t want to leave your site down until you’re able to fix it yourself. Or is this a staging site?
Best Regards,
Victor
We already sent PM with NEW staging site and FTP access credentials. Hope you can solve the problem.
Hi omar_sanar
All done on the staging site. Please check it and add some more filters, just make sure to use unique filter prefixes and avoid using any slugs that are already created on the site.
After you test everything and confirm it’s working correctly, we can fix it on the live site as well.

Victor
Hello,
So, I have a problem. I’m working on a localhost on my website but the problem is that i cannot activate the license key because it’s a local host. The other problem is that the plugin is now locked because it’s not activated. The site is not ready to go live but the fact that my plugin is now locked completely obstructs my work. And you can check, I have a valid license, purchased on 6 Jul 2025 from this account.
I can’t push the site to live to activate it because it’s not ready and working locally is faster for me. What can I do about it?
Hi zazzlezz
We’re afraid that there’s nothing that can be done in this case. Theoretically, you can try using a VPN or a proxy connection to bypass the restrictions set by the provider. Unfortunately, we cannot activate it manually either, as there is no access to the localhost.

Victor
Hello,
I have recently purchased Filter Everything PRO on CodeCanyon, and I am trying to integrate it with Kadence Pro using a custom post type called Miejsca. My goal is to build a filterable destination grid using Kadence Query Loop and your plugin with Ajax filtering (no page reloads). However, I encountered problems that I was not able to solve:
Without Ajax, filtering works fine (with page reload). With Ajax enabled, the grid does not update correctly:
sometimes it shows only a single unrelated post, sometimes the results are completely wrong, no proper filtering of my CPT “Miejsca” happens.
What I have already tried:
Specified the container selectors → .kb-query-grid-wrap and .wp-block-kadence-query. Placed the filter widget shortcode [fe_widget id=”…”] outside of the container (above the grid). Set unique URL prefixes for each filter. Tested both Replace by Query and Replace by HTML container Ajax modes. Disabled caching and checked for JS errors in the browser console.
Despite these attempts, the Ajax filtering still does not work correctly with Kadence Query Loop.
Questions: Is Kadence Query Loop officially supported by Filter Everything PRO?
If yes → could you please provide detailed guidance or an example of the correct setup for Ajax mode? If no → is there any workaround (e.g. using hooks, shortcodes, or a different block type) that would allow me to use your plugin with Kadence Pro? I really like the plugin’s concept and would prefer to continue using it if this can be fixed, but at the moment I cannot achieve the expected functionality.
Thank you for your help and clarification. Rafal
Hi Rafal
Thank you for choosing Filter Everything PRO.
Can you please send the link to the exact page where the issue occurs so we can check it?

Hi, my website is under construction, I’m turning it on for an hour so you can take a look: smartwakacje.pl
Try to use more specific class like this one:
.kb-row-layout-id909_7c5aee-60or apply your own custom class here: https://prnt.sc/E-DS5metMSkc
The class name should be unique and should not cross with other elements’ classes on the site. Currently, you have at least 5–10 containers on that page using the same class name that you used for AJAX update.

I prefer not to provide admin access for security reasons. Can you please provide me with a step-by-step instruction instead of logging into my website?
Hi karenb9617
It is an absolutely secure process. We’ve been doing it for more than two years without any issues. If you’re concerned, you can set up a staging site with the same issue, and we can check everything there. This way, you don’t have to worry about security or affecting your live site.
At this point, we’re not sure what specific instructions to provide, as we don’t know the exact issue on your site. There can be many possible causes, and each case is unique. Once we have access, we can investigate and offer a clear solution.

Victor
I am having trouble getting a custom field to pull the data. Y’all helped me with this before but it doesn’t seem to be working. Can someone please help me with this issue?
Hi kemmieg64
Unfortunately, we do not know which case you are referring to. However, if you send the credentials to the WP-admin dashboard following this document and there’s a plugin available to check the database (like phpMyAdmin), we can take a look at why it is not working.
Best Regards,
Victor
What plugin do you suggest I use so you are able to view the database? I will get that added and send y’all credentials.
Hi kemmieg64
phpmyadmin plugin: https://prnt.sc/SUxEWLfS2m8V and test if you can enter the database, in some cases it is blocked.

Hello,
I am using Filter Everything Pro with Elementor and have set up:
Custom Post Type: Doctors
Taxonomy: Specialisations
Elementor Archive Template for Doctors and Specialisations pages
Loop Grid set to Main Query
[fe_widget] shortcode inserted
HTML id of the container: .elementor-loop-container
Despite following the documentation, the filters display the error: “No one Filter Set is related to this page”.
All standard settings have been applied (Main Query, Alternative Location, HTML container, etc.). This issue occurs both on the Doctors page and on Specialisations archive pages.
Please advise why this happens and how to make the filters work correctly on these pages.

Hi mindclinichub
Please write the request from the account where the plugin was purchased, with the active support time. The account you are using does not have the purchased FE Pro plugin.
If you got the plugin somewhere else, please provide the link to that place via PM: https://codecanyon.net/user/fe_support

Hi, credentials sent. Filtering site – https://new.cetris.cz/cz/reference/
Thank you.
Thank you for the credentials. However, we cannot access the admin dashboard with the current permission level. We need full admin access in order to check everything and configure it properly from the dashboard.

Sorry Victor, fixed.
So the issue lies in the redirection from the original domain name: https://prnt.sc/Bm-kjK_EZwis to the modified one with the /cz/ path.
Does your translation plugin support translating custom post types? Like WPML does it. If not, then you won’t be able to create separate filters for each language. To ensure proper functionality, you would need a filter set for EN, one for CZ, and so on.
Currently, you have only one filter set, and it’s pulling data from WordPress using the default site URL, without any modifications like adding /cz to the link. That’s why you’re not seeing any queries on the translated version.
You can try a workaround: Deactivate the plugin that modifies the URL structure. Apply the filter set on the page. Then reactivate the plugin.
This might help the filters remain applied even after the URL structure changes. However, this depends on how the translation plugin handles URLs and filters, so results may vary.

Hello! We have rebranded and changed the site address. How do we change the license to the new address because I cannot activate the license.
Hi gallery21vin
You can send the license key via PM here: https://codecanyon.net/user/fe_support this will allow us to deactivate it across all sites, so you can activate it only on the required ones.
Best Regards,
Victor
Thanks for your reply. We have sent you the key.
All done! Please try it now.

Victor
Thank you. I have activated the license on the new domain.
We are glad to hear that everything is working. Have an amazing day!

Is it possible to enable noindex tags on all filter pages? We can set a canonical tag pointing to the category page, but is it also possible to apply noindex tags to these filter pages as well?
Hi aptekapela24pl
Thank you for choosing Filter Everything PRO.
By default, all filtered pages are set to “noindex/nofollow”. This status only changes when you create specific SEO Rules.
If, on your site, all filtered pages are showing as “index/follow”, it most likely means that some SEO plugin is forcefully overriding the default behavior and making these pages indexable. This should be adjusted within the settings of the SEO plugin that is applying this behavior.

Victor

Yesterday I bought the plugin “Filter Everything”. I’m not happy with the performance of this plugin, in fact, It doesn’t work al all.
I have a woocommerce built in elementor, and the productos are shown with a loop grid. With the plugin working in that loop grid, the result are unpredictable and it change the setup of the grid. I wasted several hours trying and it was imposible to get a good result.
Please, I want the refund to get another plugin.
Hi MarketingHVT
Thank you for choosing Filter Everything PRO.
Can you please send the credentials to the wp-admin dashboard following this document so we can check it?
Also, please provide the exact link to the page where you want the filters to appear so we can check the entire setup, including the Elementor page and filter configurations, to find the root cause of the issue.
In general, a refund is possible by submitting a form through the account where the plugin was purchased and waiting for a response. Please note that the support team does not handle refunds. Furthermore, we have no control over the refund team and cannot speed up the process or influence it in any way.

Critical error using “Filter Everything PRO”
Hello, this is my purchase code: aa30c9c1-af9a-49c2-bf76-21a5ffd7a4e2
I experienced a critical error while trying to save a duplicated filter with a different setting. I changed the page in which it has to show, in the configuration I selected the option “Use it in any other page”... because the page I did was a template in the Theme Builder of the Divi Theme. https://share.zight.com/Kou6AN2W
When I saved the filter it crashed for the fist time, then I tried to delete the SHORTCODE present in every other existing page (only one more page)... purge the Cache and tried to install the plugin again, but when clicked ACTIVATE it crashed again… now I’m in a loop, because I can’t install de plugin anymore… Y tried deleting the plugin folder but it did not work.
Prior to all of that the plugin was working as expected. So I want to continue using again.
Hi omar_sanar
Thank you for choosing Filter Everything PRO.
Can you please send the credentials to the wp-admin dashboard following this document so we can check it?
It sounds like an issue with some type of refixes for filters.

Victor
Hello,
I am using Filter Everything Pro with Elementor Pro to create a player directory. The filtering is working, but I am having two issues with the Search Filter:
It is not searching “live” as I type. It only works when I hit “Enter.” I have the main AJAX setting enabled for the Filter Set, and my dropdown filters update instantly, but the search box does not.
I cannot find the settings for “Search as you type” or to change the search logic from “AND” to “OR” in my Search Filter settings.
Can you please tell me where I can find these settings to make the search work live and match partial words?
Thank you.
Hi wbound1997
Thank you for choosing Filter Everything PRO.
Unfortunately, at the moment, there is no “live” search functionality when entering each letter, and the products on the page will not update as you type.

Victor
Hey guys, we are having issues with showing the hierarchy of our categories on the front end UI for the filters. We are using your plugin with Salient theme, everything else is working fine.
In the plugin settings there is no option to force the categories to display in the correct order and hierarchy.
We also wanted to ask if there is an ‘All’ or ‘Reset Filters’ option? Again this is not clear in the settings.
Can you please help with a solution?
Hi Lucas-media
Thank you for choosing Filter Everything PRO.
1) The hierarchy option is only working with the checkboxes (at least at he moment). So you can go to the filter set > category filter > choose in the view checkboxes > and in the “More options” choose show hierarchy: https://prnt.sc/hcEEsXh6sE_9
2) Chips widget or a shortcode for reseting the filters, please check the page with the widget: https://filtereverything.pro/resources/chips-widget/ and the page for all shortcodes: https://filtereverything.pro/resources/shortcodes/
Best Regards,
Victor
Thank you for the swift reply! All resolved.
I have the Pro version. If only there was instruction to either import or copy/paste the demo stuff, would save a lot of time..anyway…
How do I create the Brand dropdown as shown on the demo. Where you see the logo and can select.
Thanks.
Hi ldhs
Thank you for choosing Filter Everything PRO.
Oh, it’s not that easy to import such setups, as it would require recreating the exact same attributes, categories, terms, etc. This could cause issues with your existing products, since you have your own category terms and attributes.
Instead, to create similar dropdowns, you can follow these few simple steps:
1) Brand/Color Swatches, please check this guide: https://filtereverything.pro/resources/brands-and-color-swatches/ Note: This works only for taxonomies/attributes.
2) Go to Filters > Settings > Experimental and enable this option: https://prnt.sc/08qj-KQ5mp-33) Create a filter set, and add a new Filter from the taxonomy/attribute where you applied brand/color swatches, and select “Dropdown” as the view type.
And that’s it! Let us know if you were able to set it up successfully. If not, we can provide you with a working example.
Best Regards,
Victor
