Hello, i want to purchase this scripts. Before i purchased i want to know there’s any cost for API? Do i need to pay additional cost monthly?

You don’t need to pay us monthly. If you want any new features to add then it will just cost your additional customization cost as well as for technical support you need to maintain a valid support time from Envato.

When the user creates an order, does the shipping automatically start from the API or do we need to start it?

When the user creates an order, the system automatically calls the connected provider’s API. You don’t need to start it manually, the order goes into processing as soon as it’s placed.

Only if the service is set as manual (not API-connected), you’ll need to process it yourself.

Your support is slow and really bad. After 19 days you didn’t fully fixed the Mercadopago gateway. I confirm what I said on another comment: “you have many payment gateways that are not working” and you are using this strategy to attract customers.

How is it possible that I write to you requesting a solution to problems and you give me more problems now since you entered my cpanel to solve my problems now my panel doesn’t even work at all, it stopped working completely. MAIN PROBLEMS WHY YOU SHOULD NOT BUY IT 1. API INTEGRATION WITH PROVIDERS IS UNSTABLE. MOST OF THE TIME IT DOESN’T SHOW YOU THE SERVICES OF YOUR PROVIDER AND WHEN YOU COMMENT ON THIS, THEY RESPOND BY SAYING THAT THE PROBLEM IS YOUR PROVIDER, NOT THEIR PANEL, WHEN CLEARLY I AM CONNECTING THE MOST USED PANELS IN THE WORLD. OBVIOUSLY THEIR PANELS DO NOT HAVE COMMUNICATION FAILURES SINCE THEY ARE THE MOST USED. 2. OF THE THEMES THEY OFFER, 2 OF THEM DO NOT WORK. WHEN SELECTED, THE PANEL STOPS WORKING. 3. SETTING UP MANUAL PAYMENTS WITH INSTRUCTION IMAGES. THE PANEL GENERATES AN ERROR AND DOES NOT LET YOU DISPLAY OR DELETE IT. 4. THERE IS NO AUTOMATIC UPDATE OF THE BALANCE YOU HAVE WITH EACH OF YOUR SUPPLIERS. 5. THERE IS NO AUTOMATIC UPDATE OF YOUR SUPPLIERS’ SERVICES. THIS IS VERY DANGEROUS SINCE IF YOU HAVE A SERVICE FROM A SUPPLIER AND THE PRICE INCREASES, THE PRICE ON YOUR PANEL WILL NOT INCREASE AND YOU WILL LOSE MONEY SINCE IT DOES NOT UPDATE THEM AUTOMATICALLY. 6. THE PANEL DOES NOT IDENTIFY OR ALLOW YOU TO MANUALLY CONFIGURE THE RECHARGE BUTTONS FOR THE SERVICES THAT DO HAVE THEM. OVERALL, A VERY BAD EXPERIENCE.

1. Provider Services Not Loading: As our support team explained, this issue occurs because your selected provider does not support the “drip feed” feature, which is required for proper integration. This is a provider-side limitation, not a script issue.

2. Refill Button and Configuration: You mentioned that the refill button doesn’t appear or allow configuration. This feature is not part of our script, and we have never marketed it as included. We also requested more details and screenshots to better understand your concern, which were not provided.

3. Themes Not Working: The error you encountered when activating certain themes is due to missing content required for those themes to function properly. This is a setup issue and not a bug in the script.

4. Manual Payment with Instructions and Images: You reported receiving a 500 error when editing payment instructions. We asked for detailed screenshots to identify the issue, but this was not provided. Without proper details, we cannot replicate or resolve the issue.

5. Profit Margin and Price Updates: Our script does not update supplier prices automatically unless cron jobs are correctly set up. In your case, cron jobs were not configured, which is why services were not updating. Blaming the script without setting up basic requirements like crons is not a valid assessment. You are taking custom order for new features but you are working with freelancers Devs for this. You do not have own Devs. In my case after 8 days you can’t fix the Mercado Pago, gateway. I have made 4-5 deposits until now just for testing purposes and you have no clue what is going on and how to fix this.

You attract users because you show to them ho many payments gateways you have, but in reality how many of them works? And if is not working then you are searching for a Dev to fix it, right?

Then stop saying: “today our office hours end. Saturday and Sunday are our office weekends. Please come by the next working day, and we will assign a developer to resolve your issues. Kindly wait until then.”

This is a issue related to payments not a dummy bug. Everyday when I do not use the gateway, is a day when I do not receive funds…why is hard to understand.

Why is that hard to fix it? Any good dev freelancer will investigate and is take hours not over a week. Check my ticket now and fix it please…I do not care about your working hours.

Somehow you partially fixed the payment gateway. The PIX payments are not working

After one week you didn’t fixed the MercadoPago Gateway. On the bugfinder website chat I got a reply: “Our office time is over as we are operating 10 am to 6 pm GMT+6”

Today I didn’t get any answer on my ticket.

1. The Drip-Feed won’t work on our smm panel but it’s work on smm provider, that we lost profit because our smm not charge users balance but smm provider charge our balance.

2. The orders imformation seem not showing up on users orders panel like: Start Counter, Remains and Status etc. even it’s showed on smm provider as well on justanotherpanel.com
