We find it frustrating when a customer finds it difficult with our support. As always we were trying to give support to you but unfortunately, you weren't cooperative. For our technical issue, we always wanted cPanel access from our clients. But you didn't share your panel access rather you shared your FTP credentials.
We were trying to work with your FTP but every time it's showing unable login, When we notified you about this instead of sharing your right credentials you used so many slang and rude replies. Till now we have maintained our professionalism and tried to reply to you with a supporting attitude but you are now here to give us an unfair rating.
I appreciate your hard work and patience, and you responded to me in a short time, and my problem was solved in the cPanel, thanks for the support and a good experience, and I am satisfied so far with the service.

I had a great experience thus far with the team. I ran into an issue (my fault) installing, and they were right there to chat with me over the weekend even! They were even willing to go in and see what the issue was.
I was able to correct it at the core.
I'm building out the site now and it's quite good overall it moves much quicker than other panels.
I've not run it through any major client use yet, but will update if needed.
It is a very, very, very bad service in every sense of the word. Their support team is one of the worst types of support in life. When you talk to them, they make you feel that you got the service for free and did not pay anything for it They talk to you very rudely and do not help you with anything. Their scripts contain many errors And the support team is very rude in dealing with customers. They do not deserve a single cent. I do not advise anyone to deal with them at all, nor buy any of their bad services. They really are a disgrace to the Envato site

We wanted to help you after getting the purchase code and cpanel access. And We asked for your purchase code 4 times but You replied "I don't understand what do you mean". Is it kidding?

Some of them were trying use it for free so that after purchasing it instantly they ask for refund so that they could use it for free. You can check youtube for that. So many videos related to this product. They all are scammers. Some of them don't know how to use it despite of having a well documented admin panel with some video documentation. What can we do? But we are really appreciate that customer like you still can understand our efforts. Thanks once again.
I want to say that they have done a good task. I have customized my website as per my needs and they provided me fast 1 day support. However the speed of website is good but I would suggest them to make website more faster.
Note for you all:- I have seen many people voting it very worst. Guys you can take support from them they will tell you everything properly. They have provided everything what's written in the demo.
