I’m having trouble and my ticket hasn’t been responded to. My problem is that every time I change the app’s appearance, it automatically reverts to the default within 24 hours. I’ve repeatedly changed the appearance, layout, and menus, but why do they disappear and revert back to the original after a few days? Is this app unmodifiable?

i need to ask which of the recommended VPS to use for this app?

Thank you for your interest in our product. You can host Acelle like a normal PHP application on any Linux OS. Our web application can work on most shared hosting environments. Many of our clients are running Acelle Mail on a shared hosting environment without any problem. However, we would recommend that you go with a dedicated server or VPS over which you have full control in order to take full advantage of advanced mailing features.

this is one of the worst application on this platform, its always broken and support from the author is horrible, it takes over 3 weeks to get a response, upgraded to latest 3 months ago, it no longer sends any campaigns i get rfc 2822 error (same emails its been sending to fine), author never provided support to fix. my support has now run out am glad this was just a poc. horrible software stay away do not buy.

hi itried to purchase and download but there is no install folder

Dear @fotoplusw. Thank you for your interest in our product and for reaching out to us. Acelle is shipped with an Installation & Getting Started guideline for cPanel or unmanaged server/VPS. It is included in the guideline/ folder of the software package you download from CodeCanyon

You can go to the guideline/ folder, double click on the index.html file to open it on your PC’s browser. Just check it out and let us know if you cannot get it to work.

Also, for further integration & development, you can check out the API documentation included in the webapp. It is also available live at https://api.acellemail.com

Or, if you can provide us with access to your hosting server, we are happy to help set it up for you so that you can get quickly started (without any fee)

After upgrading from version 4.0.26 to 4.1.5-p22 i started getting this error SQLSTATE[42S02]: Base table or view not found: 1146 Table ‘u944587781_eftdfyhnys.roles’ doesn’t exist

I checked and the table was really not there

I re-install the 4.0.26.p3 version and imported the db I had exported before, Will give it a try again.

how to approve a customer and there is no option to approve it. Also there is no option to add custom header in smtp. correct me if I am wrong

Then you can login to your admin area, then go to Customer > Subscription to see pending ones. dear team, i am trying to install application on my website. i am using aapanel for my vps. when i open website in browser, it is not going to installation wizard page. it is giving 404 NOT FOUND error. nginx i am using aapanel. not cpanel/plesk. the acellmail files are uploaded to below path. /www/wwwroot/(mydomainname)

Add DKIM signature – Why is this visible if you are using amazon ses – by doing so you have a conflict and a deliverability problem this option should be disabled and not available when using amazon ses

Actually an email can have multiple DKIM signatures because each sender in the delivery chain, such as your domain or an ESP like SendGrid or Amazon SES, can add its own DKIM-Signature header; receiving mail servers verify each signature independently, and as long as at least one of them passes, the email can still be considered authenticated, which also helps improve reliability if one signature becomes invalid due to message modifications.

Why does the public report contain all the data visible emails etc…? And you only need to know the link to get access to it this is against gdpr and good practice – the public report should either have anomized data or be for invited emails only

Hi Louis. How do you know how many subscribers clicked and or opened email sent during automations? I see Insights and Statistics but they do not show who opened and clicked on any email’s content.

Also, I emailed your support desk 3 times about a different topic a long time ago and have not received a reply yet.
