It’s a database issue; please create a new database and user, then allow with that user and database, and then copy your database’s password.
Second, I see that your license has been used on another domain; please delete the files from the old domain and the database and try again.

None of these guys’ demos work anymore, including the DeepSound I purchased. Something’s going on here, and the real authors aren’t even close. Perhaps someone who took over the account is trying to scam them. Envato needs to resolve this issue quickly to prevent further customer inconvenience.
