hi is there option to put pin code for deleting item or discount item like security meager to control like the supervisor will put the pin for the cashier?

Hello, there is an option for roles & permissions.

You can disable deleting item or discount for some roles & enable it for higher authority roles.

This is the feature we’ve, pin related feature is not present

I am trying to import 2 lakh products in this using cloud hosting from hostinger 20,000 records i can easily import via XLSx file but more than that gives me 503 error is there any solution or do i need to use heavy server? or how does it works i need to use 2 lakh automobile products please help

Hello, importing 2 lakhs needs a higher computer configuration. We recommend that you break that file into multiple files & import them individually.

I have entered them into 10k files each but only 20k gets uploaded then it generates error

It should work, there is no relation between newly uploaded products with existing products.

If you’re using SaaS module then check if the limit is set to 20K.

Else, please renew support & contact our support with your server details to check it.

Register option is that if multipe businesses want to use the POS they can register themselves & use it.

There is a problem with sales returns in the daily cash report and the customer and supplier balances report. Sales returns do not appear.

Where is the solution for printing product barcodes from products or through the purchase process, as the efficiency of the barcode format did not appear with high quality?

There is no filtering in transferring inventory to and from branches, and this is bad.

We’re not sure why you say nonsense; these are some features requested by other customers. I can understand you need some other feature, but that doesn’t mean the features added for other users are not good.

I appreciate the ULTIMATE POS system’s flexibility and global accessibility. I’d like to request the following updates:

1. Customer account notes: Include debit/credit note options to track customer balances, especially for existing customers with outstanding balances.

2. Administer Backup: Resolve the “500 Internal Server Error” issue.

3. Stock Adjustment: Enhance functionality by: a. Renaming “Normal” to “Add Stock” and “Abnormal” to “Reduce Stock” b. Allowing users to input additional quantities or final balances

4. Optional Phone Number: Make phone numbers optional during customer registration.

5. Point of Sale: Display customer balances: a. In red for debit balances (customer owes) b. In green for credit balances (business owes)

In Accounting Method i see two options FIFO LIFO, is there a possibility of adding Weighted Average.

Paid for UltimatePOS + all official modules. Ticket #13470 pending for 2+ months with only copy-paste replies and no progress. Because of this delay, I have lost over 5 clients and suffered $2,500+ in damages. This is unacceptable — I need a real update + timeline now, not excuses.
