Hello,
I’m very happy with the plugin, but unfortunately the loading times are very slow. Especially when a second filter term is set. Unfortunately, I can’t enable AJAX with my WordPress theme (Savoy), so the page has to reload every time. That wouldn’t be a problem, but filtering should be faster. I’m already using SEO-friendly URLs. How can I speed up the filter?
My shop: ipc-core.de
Hi dschille
Thank you for choosing Filter Everything PRO.
The filtering speed mainly depends on the server hardware. What we noticed on your site is that when we select the first filter term, it filters quickly. However, when we select another one, it takes longer. But if we uncheck those filter terms and try again, it filters quickly. It seems like there is some sort of caching; after selecting filter terms, the pages are cached and then load faster. So, it fully relies on the server configuration and optimizations. However, with the number of products on your site, none of that should be necessary. We tested it with 1,000 products on a single-core CPU and 512 MB RAM, and it performed very well. You need to check your hosting and server configuration, and consider using OPcache.
Best Regards,
Victor
Thanks for the quick reply. I’m using WPRocket as my page cache. This caches the filter URLs as soon as they’re accessed. It’s faster afterward. But not all conceivable filter options can be cached. Unfortunately, my provider doesn’t offer OPcache. Are there any other options?
Well, if you’re limited by server hardware, hosting features, and theme limitations, the optimizations will not cover it all, it won’t matter which option you choose. It will still work based on the server capabilities. When you select a filter term, the filtering speed depends entirely on how long it takes to get a response from the server. If the server response takes 10 seconds, the filtering will take 10 seconds. If it takes 0.01 seconds, the filtering will be just as fast.

Victor
Hi. I could email you a screenshot if needed, but the license key for my subscription is showing up as invalid when I know it isn’t. 8decde96-1b85-47a4-a8c3-8947744cfc99 This is for learningacademy.com
Hi techsupport75
Thank you for choosing Filter Everything PRO.
Please follow the instructions on this page: https://filtereverything.pro/resources/license-key-issues/ to get the license key.

Victor
Our filter on a category doesn’t show in a particular language. On other language it’s fine. Any other filter does work without issues. It’s our most important category, priority is high…
Never mind, solved it. Our pro license was not connected somehow.
Hi Outsole
We are glad to hear that the issue was resolved.

Hello, I purchase the Filter Everything about a year now and I downloaded the latest version from my download. The plugins says it is locked so I download the latest 1.9 and purchase the support license and I was able to activate the license key, but when I went to the Filter Set all of my filter I have before are gone. I create them again and now when I go edit the page using Elementor but the Filter Everything Widget is not showing. Note this is happening on the live site. Right now I don’t have the filter.
Can you please direct me to what am I missing or let me know what I should do. I appreciate the help. Thank you.
Hi nicetazmenia
Thank you for choosing Filter Everything PRO.
When updating the plugin, all you need to do is download the new version. Without deleting the old one, go to Plugins > Add New > Upload Plugin, choose the downloaded ZIP file, and select the option to replace the old version with the new one. This way, all of your filters will be preserved.
The filters widget in Elementor is located under the WordPress section when you’re editing a page. On the left side, there are different widget sections, Filter Everything – Filters is the filters widget. Please note that the Elementor search will not find it.
Best Regards,
Victor
Hello, That is exactly what I did, but even before I updated the plugins the filter is not showing anymore and that is where I check the filter and there is no filter set and that is when I notice that I can’t make edit to the filter because it is locked. That is when I purchase the support to get the key activated. For the Filter Everything widget, I remember that I was using the sidebar and not directly in Elementor. From the side bar The Brand Filter Sidebar, but the Filter Everything is not showing. When I first install it before it was easy and I did not have any problem. Now I don’t understand why Filter recreated is not showing.
Hi nicetazmenia
Can you please send the credentials to the wp-admin dashboard following this document so we can check it?
Also, please attach the link to the exact page where you want to display your filters, so we can check it and place the filters on that page.

Hello,
i want to kindly ask for a refund. it seems that our website project for the latest purchase of the Pro Version makes not use of it. This is the 2nd pro purchase i did but the latest was my fault.
How can i get a refund?
Kind regards, Pedro
Hi Pedro
Thank you for choosing Filter Everything PRO.
We are sorry to hear that. In general, a refund is possible by submitting a form through the account where the plugin was purchased and waiting for a response. Please note that the support team does not handle refunds. Furthermore, we have no control over the refund team and cannot speed up the process or influence it in any way.

Hi,
We’re having an issues since updating to the latest version. All our plugins, themes and Woo + Wordpress versions are updated to the latest. However, we get this issue into our PHP logs. This is the error/warning in the logs:
Sun Aug 17 09:49:18.248015 2025 pid 52315:tid 139749301872384 [host OURDOMAIN.nl] Backend log: PHP Warning: Undefined array key “view” in /home/99999/domains/OURDOMAIN.nl/public_html/wp-content/plugins/filter-everything-pro/src/Entities/EntityManager.php on line 937\n
The issue itself causes a continues ‘Error establishing database connection’ error. We’ve disabled the plugin entirely and our website is working back to normal.
What might cause this issue?
Hi cdollen
Please check the response in this comment thread: https://codecanyon.net/comments/31671727 it includes a manual fix for this error.
Best Regards,
Victor
I HAVE ALREADY DISABLED THE PLUGIN AND ALSO SENT THE FTP FILEZILLA CREDENTIALS.
Hi samuelb158
We’ve finished testing everything, all done and working correctly. First, we modified the code to avoid the fatal error, then deleted the plugin from the plugin section in the admin dashboard, and finally installed a clean version of the plugin.
The issue was caused by broken filters, which occurred because the attributes they were based on had been removed from the Attributes section. This caused the filters to return a “boolean false” instead of an array, leading to a fatal error on the site.
We can perform the same on your live site. You’ll just need to deactivate the plugin and send the access credentials. We’ll then add everything necessary to safely remove the plugin and its data, allowing you to create clean filters afterward without any issues.
If you delete the plugin via FTP only, the broken filters will remain in the database, and reactivating the plugin will trigger the same fatal error.
Best Regards,
Victor
Filters are working correctly except one problem. AJAX overlay stuck on mobile device unless user touch screen it does not go away.
Please guide how to fix this? Please check here is the link of the site https://flipkin.tempavatar.xyz/category/training-shoes/
Hi raeen0
For the AJAX settings, instead of #main, use this one: https://prnt.sc/Q3keKx9JZbDO
Perhaps you need to modify your template to add a unique class to that container.
Please note that generally, there is no support for accounts whose support period has expired following the support policy.
If you have any further requests, we can help you once we have addressed all requests from accounts with valid support periods. Please note that this process may take some time, possibly days or weeks.
If you want to receive it faster, please extend the support period. We will prioritize processing the request for supported accounts.

Thank you very much the problem is solved now there is no overlay but filter are not being applied automatically like before. I am required to tap on show button only then the filter popup get closed.
This problem is on mobile view only, on dekstop they are getting appleid as soon as I select them. Please guide what to do solve this?
Yes, that’s exactly how it works on mobile with the mobile widget. You choose the required filters, then hit the Show button. Closing the filter every time you select a filter term would make for a frustrating user experience.
Best Regards,
Victor
SUPPORT TEAM I HAVE ALREADY SENT THE CREDENTIALS
Hi samuelb158
Thank you. Could you please deactivate the plugin or provide FTP access so we can do it ourselves? We were expecting the access to be provided with the plugin already deactivated, so we could review the code and make necessary modifications before activating it to avoid a fatal error.
Best Regards,
Victor
Hi Victor-
Our client has noticed that on a page with two levels of filters using Labels List, where the second level is dependent on the first and is hidden until a filter from the parent is selected. They noticed that when you click a label from the first level, and then click one of the secondary labels that appear, and then UNclick the first level label, the secondary filter remains. I was wondering if that’s a feature or a bug.
You can see what I mean here: https://www.amtechsoftware.com/resources/webinars/
Chris
Hi regmarketing1
Yes, this is absolutely expected behavior, and it was designed to work this way. When you remove the parent filter, it will not reset the child filters; instead, it will display the exact child filters that were previously selected. Otherwise, with each new filter term selection, all child filters would reset, making it tedious to reselect them repeatedly.
Best Regards,
Victor
Thanks for the info – I’ll relay that to the client…
Dear Filter Everything Pro Team,
I am writing to follow up on my previous email regarding a refund request for my recent purchase.
First and foremost, I want to apologize if my last message came across as too harsh or offensive. The frustration from the critical site error led me to be very direct. After taking some time to reconsider, I would like to retract my refund request in the hope that we can find a solution to the problem I encountered.
To provide some context, my company, koodex.co, specializes in implementing technology solutions for educational institutions in Colombia. Your ‘Filter Everything Pro’ plugin is, in theory, the perfect filtering solution we would like to implement as a standard for multiple school online stores.
For this reason, a fatal error like the one I experienced is particularly critical for us. We cannot risk a school’s store administration panel crashing, especially during high-demand periods like enrollment season. Stability is our top priority.
We genuinely like the functionality of your plugin and believe it can be the best tool for our projects. For your analysis, here is the exact error that occurs in our testing environment:
Uncaught TypeError: array_merge(): Argument #2 must be of type array, bool given in /home/u693197637/domains/koodex.co/public_html/demo-shop/wp-content/plugins/filter-everything-pro/src/Entities/EntityManager.php:470 Stack trace: #0 /home/u693197637/domains/koodex.co/public_html/demo-shop/wp-content/plugins/filter-everything-pro/src/Entities/EntityManager.php(470): array_merge() #1 /home/u693197637/domains/koodex.co/public_html/demo-shop/wp-content/plugins/filter-everything-pro/pro/Settings/Tabs/SeoRulesTab.php(119): FilterEverything\Filter\EntityManager->getFiltersRelatedWithPostType() #2 /home/u693197637/domains/koodex.co/public_html/demo-shop/wp-includes/class-wp-hook.php(324): FilterEverything\Filter\Pro\Settings\Tabs\SeoRulesTab->initSettings() #3 /home/u693197637/domains/koodex.co/public_html/demo-shop/wp-includes/class-wp-hook.php(348): WP_Hook->apply_filters() #4 /home/u693197637/domains/koodex.co/public_html/demo-shop/wp-includes/plugin.php(517): WP_Hook->do_action() #5 /home/u693197637/domains/koodex.co/public_html/demo-shop/wp-admin/admin.php(176): do_action() #6 /home/u693197637/domains/koodex.co/public_html/demo-shop/wp-admin/index.php(10): require_once(’/home/u69319763…’) #7 {main} thrown
Therefore, I would like to ask: can you confirm if this is a known issue and if there is an official fix or a beta version available that addresses it?
I would be happy to collaborate and provide any further information you might need for debugging. If we can ensure the plugin’s stability, we will be the first to advocate for its use across our entire network of clients.
I look forward to your response.
Hi samuelb158
Yes, we can fix this.
Can you please send the credentials to the wp-admin dashboard following this document so we can check it?
The best option is to create a staging site with the issue so we can investigate and fix it there, rather than working directly on the live site. This will help avoid any potential downtime. While the site could be easily restored by renaming the plugin folder via FTP access, it’s still much safer to apply the fix on a staging environment to avoid any potential disruptions to the live site during the process.
Best Regards,
Victor
Dear Filter Everything Pro team, I am writing to formally request a full refund for my purchase of the ‘Filter Everything Pro’ plugin, made on August 12, 2025. The reason for my request is that, unfortunately, the plugin has caused a fatal PHP error on my website that prevents me from accessing the WordPress admin panel (/wp-admin) in normal mode. The specific error is a ‘TypeError: array_merge()’ that originates from the plugin files, indicating a significant stability issue that does not allow me to work. Despite my attempts to resolve it, including manual deactivation from the server, the underlying problem persists and has resulted in significant distrust in the product. Due to these critical inconveniences, I have decided not to implement the plugin in my company’s future projects.
Hi samuelb158
Thank you for choosing Filter Everything PRO.
We’ll provide the full response in the comment above with the error to keep the information consistent, rather than fragmented across different comment threads.
Best Regards,
Victor
Im seeing that there are quite a few people experiencing this [14-Aug-2025 15:37:40 UTC] PHP Warning: Undefined array key “view” in /home/cs23wneyznlc/public_html/wp-content/plugins/filter-everything-pro/src/Entities/EntityManager.php on line 937 error.
Is there an easy fix, or do you need access to my site credentials?
Hi bcasaleaders
Yes, there’s an easy way, you can go to filter-everything-pro/src/Entities/EntityManager.php on line 937 and instead of this (this fix will be included in the next plugin update as well):
$is_rating = ($filter['view'] === 'rating' && $filter['e_name'] === 'product_visibility' ) ? true : false;Use this one:
$is_rating = (isset($filter['view']) && $filter['view'] === 'rating' && $filter['e_name'] === 'product_visibility' ) ? true : false;Best Regards,
Victor
Victor, I’d kiss you if I could!
I received a license certificate from my client, including the purchase code. (I’m commenting under his Envato account.) The client says they used this account to purchase the plugin (back in Oct of 2024) but it’s not in the My Downloads section.
Can you help me figure out what Envato account was used to purchase the Filter Everything plugin, based on the purchase code? I can send the purchase code but am not sure how to do that securely.
Or if this IS the account used to purchase it, do you know why it’s not showing under My Downloads?
Any suggestions? Thanks for your help!
Ok nevermind. Apparently https://codecanyon.net/downloads is different from https://elements.envato.com/account/downloads. That’s confusing.
I found the plugin download on the code canyon download page. Thanks!
Hi robw49
We are glad to hear that the issue was resolved.
Best Regards,
Victor
Hello. I’ve installed pro and have the issue that the filter is not actually filtering the widget. The widget I use for displaying product ons product category pages is from UiCore.
Filter is de-activated for now but perhaps you’ve encountered these issues before? And how can I address it?
Hi Joel1987
Thank you for choosing Filter Everything PRO.
Can you please send the credentials to the wp-admin dashboard following this document so we can check it? We need to look at that widget and how it’s working in order to provide accurate information.
Best Regards,
Victor
Hello. I’ve follow the instructions and have send you everything you need in PM.
So far, we’ve made it work on the category page with flowers by selecting the correct query in “And what to filter”. However, the pagination from that widget is not compatible; the posts are filtered, but the pagination does not update to reflect the filtered results. We’ll try to recreate the issue on our end and add it to the development list to include pagination compatibility in future updates.
Best Regards,
Victor
Update on this:
We’ve successfully recreated the issue on our end using the UiCore Advanced Product/Post Grid Loop widget for Elementor. This widget uses three separate queries, one for displaying the posts and another for handling the pagination, meaning the posts and pagination are handled independently.
We’ve added this to the development list, and compatibility will be included in future plugin updates. However, we don’t have an exact timeline for when it will be implemented yet.
Best Regards,
Victor
i have the pro version installed on https://tophardwaresupply.com/shop/. please see the error i am getting. i copy and pasted the code on the shop page, but the filter doesnt show up. can you send me instructions on how to make this filter to work? thanks
Hi etcboxes
If you have already purchased the PRO version of the plugin, please make the request from the account used for the purchase in order to receive support.
Additionally, the plugin copy on the site is not activated. Please enter the license key to activate it.
Please follow the instructions on this page: https://filtereverything.pro/resources/license-key-issues/ to get the license key.
Best Regards,
Victor
Hello, As you asked per mail we have created an account for you please see the tickek sent.
Thank you!
Hi wais6
When we switch to the default WP 2025 theme and hit the update button in the filter set, we get the next fatal error:
Uncaught Error: array_diff(): Argument #1 ($array) must be of type array, bool given in /home/u203905p410811/domains/online-skateshop.nl/public_html/wp-content/plugins/wpbingo/function.php on line 159 Call stack: array_diff() wp-content/plugins/wpbingo/function.php:159 get_header_types() wp-content/plugins/wpbingo/lib/metabox.php:193 bwp_metabox_pages() wp-content/plugins/wpbingo/lib/metabox.php:290 bwp_page_save_meta() wp-includes/class-wp-hook.php:326 WP_Hook::apply_filters() wp-includes/class-wp-hook.php:348 WP_Hook::do_action() wp-includes/plugin.php:517 do_action() wp-includes/post.php:5110 wp_insert_post() wp-includes/post.php:5212 wp_update_post() wp-admin/includes/post.php:453 edit_post() wp-admin/post.php:227
Please try disabling all of those plugins and switching to the default theme for testing purposes in order to identify the root of the issue. Most likely, this is the custom theme with its plugin causing this issue. In addition, the queries on the site are extremely slow: https://prnt.sc/OXnY4zQcSmwB taking several seconds to load, instead of milliseconds.
Best Regards,
Victor
Thank you dear Victor! For your time and effort, please check your mail for further information
Hi wais6
Please provide the exact and working link to log in to the admin dashboard. The default links do not work, and even on the original site, the wp-admin link does not work; we used the wp-login.php. However, on the newly provided sites, none of the additions work; they just show a “Page not found” error.
Best Regards,
Victor
Hi Victor,
Please chekc your mail i sent everything theire and explaind how to access the website.
Thank you!
We responded to you via email with the information, but just in case, we’ll write the same here. We have already configured everything and are on the site. The issue is that we do not know the link to the login page; the default URLs like /wp-admin or /wp-login do not work. The login page on the site itself requires an email and password, but the email that was in the credentials instructions does not work for that login page.
Best Regards,
Victor
Hello,
We fase a strange issue. While we currently developing our site we noticed that Plugin Filter Pro give us everytime 504 Gateway Time-out The server didn’t respond in time. after saving it. If we change anything and save it takes very long time to save and then we get
504 Gateway Time-out The server didn’t respond in time.
Please do you any idea how we can fix this?
Thank you!
Wise
Hi Wise
Thank you for choosing Filter Everything PRO.
There may be an issue on the server side, possibly related to the max_execution_time or other timer settings. If these values are set too low, they may need to be adjusted to ensure proper functionality.
Can you please send the credentials to the wp-admin dashboard following this document so we can check it?
Best Regards,
Victor
This is a presale question.
I want to have a function where we will set the date of the event that happened via ACF field for the posts, then on the home page we will filter the posts by options like: - 7 days ago - 30 days ago - 3 months ago - 6 months ago
the date is calculated from the date we set in ACF field to the present time.
Does your plugin do that?
Hi gimefree
Thank you for your interest in the Filter Everything plugin.
Unfortunately, there is no such functionality available out of the box. This would require fully dynamic filter values with daily updates to keep the values accurate. It would also require grouping different values under a single attribute, such as “10 days,” “30 days,” “6 months,” etc., since the raw data would otherwise generate as many filters as there are individual dates.
Best Regards,
Victor
FacetWP has that feature, please check it here https://facetwp.com/help-center/facets/facet-types/time-since/
Please add it to your plugin if possible and I will buy your plugin.
Thanks
Yes, FacetWP offers that feature. However, it also requires a yearly subscription that costs twice as much as our plugin. In contrast, our plugin is available as a one-time purchase with a lifetime license, including all future updates.
So when this feature is added in future updates (as we added it in the development list), even a year or two from now, you’ll receive it automatically at no additional cost.
Best Regards,
Victor
I like your plugin, it can filter via ACF fields, however the filter by time since like FacetWP is most wanted feature for my project. Facetwp is not really good on othe features.
So, I hope you can add it to your plugin soon.
Yes, eventually it will be added. Right now, we’re fully focused on the core plugin functionality, things like XML sitemap features, import/export, and etc. Once we finish the foundational work, we’ll shift to adding more specific filters with different features. The goal is to cover all possible use cases.
Best Regards,
Victor
Seeing some odd layout issues on mobile and tablet — here’s a screenshot: https://snipboard.io/69dlNQ.jpg
Could you review the page and share your recommendations? https://tinyurl.com/mv985vhHi website307
Thank you for choosing Filter Everything PRO.
If you’re referring to the behavior where filters from the last column move below the first column, this is the correct and expected behavior when there isn’t enough space to display all elements in a single horizontal line.
For example, here is the full horizontal layout: https://prnt.sc/ngnFDTIrLcucAnd here is how it looks when there’s not enough space: https://prnt.sc/MnIXBb5jqPHY
As you can see, the fifth element shifts below the first one to maintain a proper and clean layout rather than appearing broken.

Victor
