Hi i-Dev I hope you are enjoying the Summer, but could you please take it as a suggestion, for an urgent update, well I think it would be very useful for everyone, to have the option to reply to a specific message that we select it “quoting” it since with several messages sometimes we lose the thread of the conversation and this option would help us to resume the conversation

Yes but since its summer i did take some time off to relax.
I am working on the new chat update but there is still work to be done, no ETA for now.
Currently drag and drop is implemented and redesign of the full view chat.

If your server and database are then its secure. We use XSS filters and the framework security also CSRF tokens.

The new update for the chat module is planned for release sometime between mid-January and mid-February.
This update includes significant work and testing on the external widget, as well as the new features for the AI agents. We are also rewriting the entire staff and client backend logic, along with important UI updates. Due to the scope of these improvements, there will also be a price increase with the upcoming release.

Great module! I highly recommend it for anyone looking to integrate chat with their CRM for customer communication and internal chatting.
I don’t have it installed on my CRM anymore since it started having some issues after Perfex core updates, but it sounds like the developer will be releasing an update within the next week or two. If you’re using Perfex version 3.2.0 or newer, I’d suggest waiting for the update before purchasing. However, if you’re on an older version, you should definitely buy the module now to start using it!
I’ll be renewing my support license once the update is out… really excited to use the chat module again soon!
