Hi,

I wanted to buy your plugin but i need few clarifications before moving ahead:

1. Can user chat with project team member and specially client? or first other team member and clients has to reach user? 2. Till how long chat history will be saved? 3. Is there any knowledge base feature in your chat system? 4. Do you have any tracking system for ticket? so we can check open, pending or closed ticket status? 5. If we convert message to ticket then will this integrate with inbuilt ticket system of perfexcrm or new section of this? 6. Can client raise a ticket from their dashboard directly and without messaging to any users? 7. Can we get a link of raised ticket to share via email, whatsapp or outside of perfexcrm? 8. Every user’s profile will be visible to everyone or is there any control system to not contact everyone or hide some profile?

We are working on the update there is no ETA for now. First new update will be Appointly then Zoom module and then the chat module. Regarding adding the chat to external website, currently this is not possible.

Hello, I purchased the module but unfortunately I am having problems related to the message history, when browsing the panel we noticed that the history is erased, no matter how many times the message is sent, the message is automatically deleted after leaving the conversation window, even when refreshing the page or sending files all messages are being deleted, I sent a message to support but I need urgent help, can you help me?

a tip, it would be nice if the customer could choose which sector he wants to talk to the team, such as: Sales, Support or Finance, that way only the sector would respond to that customer, the chat is very good from what I’ve been testing, but I think it would increase a lot more your sales! as my company needs to separate services via sectors!

Let me please explain 3 issues i am facing now please: 1. whenever someone sends a chat it does not popup or does not give a notification unless i have to open the chat myself to see the message. 2. chats does not sort itself to the latest messages. like i have spoke to e.g John an hour ago it should be displayed in the top according to the time. 3. Chat icon do not close so i can open it when needed so when i am doing so setting or other queries, it prevent me from seeing some button. Like save as an exemple. That is why I uninstall it for now, but when fixed, i will use it because it is a good plug in.

Do you have plan to make a option to embed your chat inside the website with embeded code? Your last changelog updated was in 2022. Do y’ll update this year? What’s your roadmap?

Perhaps we are not still sure with them embedding option, it will be a complex feature.

We have plans to update of course planning to include video chats and a lots of various improvements and features.

Thanks for responding so quickly. If the embed is complex, perhaps an anonymous chat link will suffice for most cases. Today, perfex has an external link for a support request, with the company’s logo. The same approach for the chat would be enough, don’t you think?
