Module is good and easy to install, but i am facing 2 issues
1. whenever someone sends a chat it does not popup or does not give a notification unless we have to open the chat ourselves to see the message.
2. chats does not sort itself to the latest messages. like i have spoke to e.g adam an hour ago it should be displayed in the top according to the time.
Please reply i need this to be fixed ASAP

Your ticket did get a response and you did not get back to us. This is not a reason to add 1 star rating to the module. According to your issue we think that you Pusher account is not set correctly or you have another JS issues in your system.

Very reliable and useful CRM Module. I'll add more details with suggestion later.
I chose other because there is more than one reason this Add-On is considered 5 Star and is an essential element to the Perfex CRM. The support is excellent. The app itself is seriously clever and amazing. Highly Recommend to anyone purchasing for their CRM.

This is a great module and everyone should use it! I have actually purchased the module multiple times under different accounts and will use it for every project I work on. This author continues to improve the module, so I will continue to support them!
If there was one thing I could improve, I would provide option to shrink the “full view” chat window so users do not have to scroll down on the window to see the box for typing. Many of my users report that the full view chat doesn’t work because they don’t know that they have to scroll down on the window to find the box to type their response into. It seems like the header on Perfex causes the chat window to get pushed down too far so the box to type messages gets pushed past the bottom of the screen.
I’m sure the author will find a way to resolve that eventually as they continue to improve the module :)
Anyone seeing this feedback, I highly recommend purchasing the module. You will not regret it! It is great!

As other reviewer stated the author does not listen to customers. Its been over a year and not ability to embed the chat widget on external sites where the support really needs to be. Sure some other Author will be wise and release one. This is more like a chat solution and not strong with real world support features. Still a decent chat solution.
Works great and the support is awesome. The developer is extremely open to good suggestions and I think this module from iDev can only get better and better. Totally worth every $$$ spent on this.

Overall, this a great module to have added to Perfex. The chat has a nice design and can also be customized to fit your company branding. We have experienced almost no issues and have been using the chat for about 1 year now. Support is friendly and responsive.
Looks nice, but seems to be still quite buggy, esspecially in the module to chat with the customers. Authors seems not to react to support requests and as seen, last update in June, so maybe it actually is abandoned?

The project is not buggy and it is used by almost 900 users that are satisfied.
Project is not abandoned and all support requests are answered and resolved. Perhaps this will change your mind to rate this module more better.
