External integration is per total sale and not per specific products.

i have seen your roadmap for version 13. there is USPS Shipping, and few years ago I was suggesting for Consume 3rdparty Shipping Rates using general POST/GET (vendor just input setting like the URL Endpoint, Request Type either POST/GET, and some dynamic parameter like parameter 1, parameter 2, and so on) and later your system just mapping each parameter with affiliatepro parameter like (weight, dimension, and district/subdistrict/city/country) and 3rdparty paremeter.
Hoping this could be possible because it will make your system supporting many of shipping rate outofthebox without needed you develop one-by-one for different shipping company

deposits via flutterwave always ends up with a failed status in the dashboard of the user /vendor even though it was successful. The status can only then be changed to Completed jn admin panel. it’s not a good user experience

Support has expired and I never for once used the support system till it expired. I sent a private message on the profile here and you guys still asked me to go to support knowing fully well that it has expired without me even using it for once. It’s safe to say that you guys know what you’re doing.

Hi, I’m not talking about admin panel. it’s fine I can work even upside down but I’m talking about members panel (vendor & affiliate) they have this gear button and can choose RTL, can it at least been saved and next time it opens in RTL mode by default? Or if I need to add a code I can do it just let me know. Thanks
If the user has on his side available language that is set RTL in the admin side, so after he first logs in, he will need to choose it and press the gear icon to set RTL, and after his second login, it will remember it for him.

Hi, I might asked this question before but I couldn’t find the answer so sorry if it’s repeating but it’s very important to us:
SaaS mode , no local store, only externals .Vendor creates a campaign with target link of his site homepage, affiliate personal link URL becomes something like example.com/ref/2343464564 , right? and it works.
But what if Affiliate decides to create his own banners and work on special products or categories (other URLS of integrated website)
I tried to add /ref/1231243 to end of any site URL but it returns 404 error. for example : example.com/product/productName/ref/2323452323 doesn’t work.
Is there any way we can support this feature? So affiliate won’t be limited to targeted url only and can choose to work on any page of integrated stores. That’s a game changing feature, so can you help us or we need to hire a coder? is it possible at all so we hire a coder for it? I thought if /ref/12344 becomes -> ?ref=1234 , the issue might be solved and things work. what do you think?

You can earn from each vendor’s sales. The settings are under the admin panel in the SaaS module.

The integration is between the affiliate script and the integrated store, and all flows are explained in the document + instructions in the campaign area on the admin side.
Admin can earn only from vendor campaigns, and this is reduced from vendor sales.

The admin is doing the integration with his external store/site by using the guide, and must have full access to the store/site files to do the integration.
Same as the admin does, so also the vendor can do with their external store/site, by using the same document.

The affiliate script is integrated with the external store and not the opposite. The users you invite will share your WooCommerce campaign link and will earn commission from sales.
You can also invite users to be your vendors, and then they create integrations with their stores, and the flow of commission is the same.

Hi, I want to upgrade to the SaaS version, but I need to resolve some issues first. It’s an installation on the main domain. 1- I can’t upload an XML or Excel file. I can’t upload it even when I use the available examples. I always get this message: “No product available in Excel or XML for import!” 2- How do I upload images with the bulk option? 3- There are many images in a list of 1,000 products. Is there a way to compress them and save space on the server?

All click integration campaigns has no provision to select a click program, why is this ? this is a bug please.

1. great to know there is a complete new version coming soon. Hopefully it is released early for use and testing. The issue of time tracking of time spent on pages after integration is paramount and of outermost importance. Making this a reality.
2. Also creating a complete full video tutorial for the various “HOW TOs” on the script will drive more customer base and ease the pressure of you guys. It will also earn you more income if uploaded onto YouTube for buyers to watch and implement, earning passive income form YouTube. The current video tutorial is an abysmal work of laziness which in all honesty is of no use to any buyer here and I know I am speaking for most of them.

if add time spent of pages to the internat tracking is becoming very difficult for you, then just as you have added the time a page is clicked or opened to the general tracking reports, you should just add the time a page is closed to the already existing data being collected so that we can calculate the minutes ir seconds spent by affilaites engaging on products or pages, etc.. this should make it easier for you to implement than the wholes scripting if thats becoming a headache

No, there is currently only one admin level per installation. Each business would need a separate installation to have its admin access.
So i cant use it as saas. I mean im the provider of affiliate system to and user can use thier own brand logo
Affiliate is not an admin, but there is a vendor user type that can add their campaigns/ products, same as admin do.
What i mean is that. Since its a Saas. Can i offer it to a user as saas also? User can signup. Run thier own affiliate program. Create campaigns etc. And i only manage it. Its like a multi vendor but for affiliate manager.

Hi, I connected a WooCommerce shop and as guest I purchased a product with an affiliate personal link. The commission is not visible in affiliate user panel, but it’s visible in Admin panel as PENDING. Is it because the payment was offline (not gateway)? So when the PENDING status changes? Hi, since your ver 12 was changed and had app we did the modification on date system to match local again. What I’m asking are not issues to track, they are questions so I can be on top of the script. because as I mentioned before I’m making articles and video tutorials for it and My issue with pricing and others are solved thanks to you. Why the commission is pending in admin panel and not showing in affiliate panel? is that because of offline payment? in that case how should I approve the offline payment so the pending commission be released?
The final and most important one: as I said many aff networks give you as affiliate bility to promote any page of a site not only special page. for example you have a code like ”?ref=aasi” , you can add it to end of URL of any page from that site and if someone purchased even in other pages of same site, you still get yout commission.

I hope they are not refusing to answer simply because they do not know where to change the setting from 3 to 5. Are they implying that I need to pay them? If the script does not have a built-in feature to choose the number of loading results, you can always send a suggestion request, but our team can’t give any coding instructions, as it is outside Envato item support, and custom coding is always a paid job.

I tried to add /ref/xxxxxx to end of product URLs but I got 404 error. There is no way we can offer this kind of promotion? I don’t know something like Domain.com/product/camera1?ref=xxxxx

1. If you are running your store on your domain, you have the option to create a campaign and to do an integration with your store.
2. Affiliate will see the campaign you create as a banner and will share it wherever he wants, and once someone buys from his link, a commission will be generated.
External store integration is per total order and not per a specific product. (Maybe in the future it will also be per product)
For any other specific help for your own domain, create a ticket.

It’s important for affiliate to be free to work on any product they want.

1. External integration is only one, but in our local store mode, you can also use the sales mode, which lets you implement the buy button even in an HTML landing page and do the checkout process in the affiliate system that takes care of this also for you.
2. Affiliate can promote any links that they can see on their dashboard under banner& links. No other way.
