It has been 13 days since I submitted my cancellation request, and I have yet to receive a resolution.
From my side, I believe there has been no fault. I purchased the demo based on its functionality, but after purchase, I noticed that the main feature of the script is not working as expected.
You had assured me that the issue would be rectified soon, but even after almost a month, the problem remains unresolved.

I would like to clarify my situation regarding the cancellation and refund request.
I did not raise the cancellation request immediately because I was genuinely hoping the issue would be resolved. I waited for nearly three weeks, but unfortunately, there was no meaningful progress or support provided during that time.
Please understand that based on the demo showed in codecanyon site , I had already recruited a sales team and made other operational commitments. As the delays continued, my expenses kept rising day by day. After waiting for three weeks without resolution, I had no choice but to switch to another script to keep my business running.
Now, it’s been nearly two more weeks since I submitted the cancellation request, and I still haven’t received a clear response. At this point, I sincerely ask: What mistake did I make in this process?
All I expect is fair treatment based on the circumstances at the earliest. I hope you understand the position I’ve been put in and take the necessary action on my request without further delay.

4. Ensure your server/hosting is allowing outgoing requests (like cron jobs or webhooks).

Currently, one WhatsApp Business Account (WABA) is supported per SaleBot account. If you want to manage multiple WABAs, you would need to create separate client accounts for each.
