Yes, SaleBot works with the official WhatsApp Cloud API. You can connect your WhatsApp Business Account using Meta’s Cloud API and manage your messaging campaigns directly from the platform.SaleBot currently supports sending text, images, videos, and documents through WhatsApp. Carousel or interactive multi-card messages are not available out of the box.

At the moment, SaleBot doesn’t offer built-in integration with n8n directly. However, since SaleBot provides API support, you can connect it to n8n using custom workflows or API modules especially if you’re using the extended license.

I would like to clarify my situation regarding the cancellation and refund request.

I did not raise the cancellation request immediately because I was genuinely hoping the issue would be resolved. I waited for nearly three weeks, but unfortunately, there was no meaningful progress or support provided during that time.

Please understand that based on the demo showed in codecanyon site , I had already recruited a sales team and made other operational commitments. As the delays continued, my expenses kept rising day by day. After waiting for three weeks without resolution, I had no choice but to switch to another script to keep my business running.

Now, it’s been nearly two more weeks since I submitted the cancellation request, and I still haven’t received a clear response. At this point, I sincerely ask: What mistake did I make in this process?

All I expect is fair treatment based on the circumstances at the earliest. I hope you understand the position I’ve been put in and take the necessary action on my request without further delay.

If the auto-reply option is not working, please try the following basic checks:
1. Make sure your bot is enabled and connected properly.

2. Try re-connecting your WhatsApp or Telegram account if any connection was lost.

4. Ensure your server/hosting is allowing outgoing requests (like cron jobs or webhooks).

I checked all place only auto reply not working another all options working fine . if it was not connected properly , message not to be send to client . campaign running properly
