Hi, I have a SaaS application and use a Laravel Admin Panel. I charge my clients a monthly fee. I need something like a PayWall that allows clients to access the Admin Panel login page. They’ll need to pay the monthly fee first. If they don’t, access will be blocked. Can this script help me?
MMP is pretty much used to allow access based on membership to frontend, not the admin panel, but it could be reversed. This will not work by default, it will require few good modifications

Hi, I have just purchased this product and it appears that version 5.0 does not support PHP 8.2, despite it saying so in the manual and also in the attributes in the purchase screen. I understand that I would not be able to run version 5.1 until my hosting enables PHP 8.4, however I am surprised it does not work with version 5.0.

MMP is basically all you need. Now with the existing site, its difficult to tell, it all depends what you need. If you want to keep the look and feel of your own site, it would require some good php knowledge, otherwise, it would be easier to adopt your pages into MMP.

Haven’t seen the option for activating Mollie in the payment provider overview. As it is supported, how can this be setup?

Paid for custom edits which were not completed. have over 100 memberships but they randomly fail to renew, So members have to manually pay again. asked for help for over a month but all emails ignored since paying for edits. Please fix these issues or suggest a fix. unfair when ive paid over $200 extra.

no the last part you never got right. it was supposed to display a list of members whos membership had recently expired / not renewed. your list just displayed everyone whos membership has expred and then renewed. we wanted to see instantly if somes membership had not renewed. we was meaning if they had cancelled, payemnt failed etc. but this is now more needed as your system is failing to renew members on a daily basis. An issue i raised and you said you had solved. a few days ago we had 104 paying members we now have 88 and a lot of people complaining their payments have not gone out automatically. of these only 2 payments in stripe have failed, the rest have notr tried to take paymentg. please sort this issue. we like this software its perfect for what we need, but at the moment its not working.

I have sent you all the details and still you have offered no help on this. We had over 100 paid members we’re now down to 75 due to memberships failing to renew automatically. Please sort this fundamental part of your software .
I have looked into it, and it does not make sense for some memberships to renew, while others fail. The same payment processor. There is no logic to it. No errors of any kind. Please send me an email right after certain membership fails. Include the email of subscriber, and I will try to trace it. Other than that, I honestly have no idea why.
Looked in stripe there are a number of failed payments due to insufficient funds but there’s also a lot which have just failed without explanation and no acknowledgement in stripe
Iiv emailed you an email of someone whose membership has failed. This person defo had funds in account and there’s no failed notice in stripe. Is there no way of the system retrying this, somehow if membership expires retry to take payment?? Surly there must be a work around to capture a failed payment /cron
Also if a payment does fail due to insufficient funds. How does the system handle that. Stripe tries to retake the payment later. Think I’ve got it set to 3 days . But seems the membership would already be cancelled by the system by then as it only attempts once to run the cron and take paying Does the system just cancel the membership? Can the member not receive an email automatically if payment fails due to insufficient funds/ declines etc so they know and redo it.

It will also to them it will try again in 3 days. But by then the membership system has cancelled their membership even if they make sure the funds are in, so it won’t then go out. Or renew?
System does not know about expired payment methods, and it can not go back to try those again This is all done on stripe side
Ok So what’s happening about the payments that’s are nothing to do with stripe that a failing. These that just seem to be dying without any explanation. Can these not be picked up on and tried again somehow?
Also the customer edit still not fixed. The expired list ishows memberships which have expired and renewed in past 15 days it was only ever meant to show memberships which haven’t renewed so they capsule be contacted. At minute we’re having to click on each one to see if it has been successfull

Hi. Everything been perfect transaction wise. All payments gone out until last night. 1 payment failed without explanation. Although 1 payment did fail in stripe too. I’ve looked back to see if this is a common occurrence that these renewals fail after a payment fails in stripe. It’s defo happened before but hard to tell if it’s the cause as most have now renewed manually. I’m back up to 110 memberships now and really can’t have all these unexplained failed renewals again. Can you look into this please. I’ll email details of patent that failed
So why did it fail in stripe? Check your stripe dash. It must be a reason for that
It had failed because the player has left and the customer had cancelled subscription. So it didn’t authorise. I had tried to cancel it by removing their membership but it still tried. Anyway a payment that needed to go out then failed for no reason . I have looked and a previous email I sent you failed at the same time as a member whose membership failed in stripe for insufficient funds.
Hi so tonight 9 memberships were supposed to renew, 6 renewed ok, 1 failed in stripe due to insuffiecient funds. 2 further memberships just failed with no expalnation please can you sort this. its been on going now for a while. these missed renewals need to be recaptured some how.
It does seem that if a payemt fails in stripe then system does not move onto the next membership reneal. the last transaction in stripe is always the failed one. if no membership fails in stripe all memberships renew fine

Yes I understand that but you system Fails to renew other memberships every time there’s a failure in stripe. Or so it seems.. it’s like when a payment fails in stripe your system just says forget the rest of them Been asking now for months to sort this issue out and seems it’s no nearer. We have over 100 Members and need to add more but can’t at moment while we have this issue. I’ve asked if there’s anyway to solve this or at least get the system to recapture ones that fail but nothing is changing and I’m having to ask member to manually renew almost every day.

I understand that. But in the past week I have had about 4 memberships fail in stripe and about 15 fail with no explanation. This can’t keep at the rate. These are real People who I know need to speak to, who this has happened to more than once
Something unexplained is happening, since you are the only one that has this kind of issues. All of my scripts use the same stripe API, and no problem at all. I will still investigate, and hopefully we will get to the bottom of it.
Right that’s another 20 failed recurring memberships. Fed up of the lies. You do realise I can see ips of people accessing my website and they are all uk. Fed up now. What are you doing about these issues? Stop monitoring and put something into action. Weeks ago you gave me a file for a mod I paid for which did not work. I’ve offered to pay for a solution to this issue but you ignore me. Are you actually going to sort this. My club is losing lots of money. Stop blaming stripe and sort this issue please. Surly you can implement something where the system retries to take payment for memberships that don’t renew when they should????
Retrying to renew failed subscriptions will be in the upcoming update. You have to realise, that, I can only do so much on my end. There is also Stripe part, which I have no control over. So if stripe does not process renewal for what ever reason, there is nothing I can do about it

My email stopped working after upgrading MMP and php version 8. Updating SMTP email settings to TLS instead of SSL fixed the issue. Strangely my old website is still working on SSL with php 7
