I evaluate your plugin – I am happy you offer a support for Divi builder at the level of module as part of the produt. (some other developer offer this as yearly paid option). I want to use it on the WPML compatible site – now my question is – is WPML compatibiltiy part of the offer – I can see, you offer Multi-language Addon as paid addon for 25 EUR/year.

So it means I purchase your plugin here and need to purchase the addon plugin?

My another question is the integration with Funnel Kit automation plugin which I use. Is it possible to integrate with this plugin? Do you support webhook support so I can use this for the direct intergation?

2) Regarding Do you need to purchase the addon separately? - You can purchase the core plugin here, and use Multi-language Addon, it is available for €25/year as a separate addon.

3) Integration with Funnel Kit automation plugin and webhook support - We do offer API support through which you can connect the ARMember with the Funnel Kit, however if you wish to have a direct integration then currently it is not available at the moment. Yes, ARMember allows three different member approval options, first is ‘Automatic Approve’, ‘Manual Approve by admin’, ‘Email Verified Approval(for user’s end)’. This option is available within the ARMember itself not as an addon.

Just a quick question : If we want to charge for a plan in two times (two payments of $100 per month, for example), should we set the parameters as follows: recurring subscription > monthly > one cycle? (and not two cycles) In other words, should the initial payment for the plan not be included in the number of payment cycles?

Regarding “can you set it to try again,” ARMember offers 2 separate payment methods, if you use the auto-debit, then it will depend on the payment gateway, which may support retrying a couple of times (per day) to charge for the failed payment.

However, if you use the Semi-Automatic method, then if the subscription fails, the member’s membership plan will be suspended, but they can still log in and make a payment manually from your website.

Cependant, me voilà commencé un nouveau projet et, je ne peux pas le réutiliser. Il est bloqué sur mon ancien site url. L’ayant acheté avec Code Canyon, je ne peux pas éditer le site attaché avec le site d’ArMember et ayant éteint mon ancien site, je ne peux le dissocier de cette façon. Ensuite, ayant dépassé le temps de support, je ne peux ouvrir un ticket officiel. Comment puis-je faire pour continuer à l’utiliser ?

I bought ArMember a few years ago and I did use it in a previous project “ewayle.com” with my mail yann.michiels@gmail.com. I am very satisfied with the plugin! However, here I am starting a new project and, I cannot reuse it. It is blocked on my old url site. Having bought it with Code Canyon, I cannot edit the site attached with the ArMember site and having turned off my old site, I cannot dissociate it in this way. Then, having exceeded the support time, I cannot open an official ticket. How can I continue to use it?

Hi, throughout many user-facing messages in the plugin and its addons (I see around 40+ instances), you use the non-word “atleast”. Examples: “Please select atleast one plan.” “Please use atleast one numeric character.” This is not a word, and makes the plugin and therefore our website look unprofessional. Can you please correct all instances to two separate words “at least”? Thank you.

In which part of world when any physical or digital product runs without support or services for years? please do not talk about ideology. We only control our plugin, why did you assume that your environment like wordpress, theme other plugins are not affecting.

So, to investigate those things support staff needed to debug. secondly when you had bought the product or buy any product in codecanyon you knew before buying that support terms are 6 months so, i do not see why are you still expecting something additional for free?

if you really are interested in solving the problem and want us to help then kindly extend support and open support ticket. if not then i think we can not do much about it here in comment section.

Hi, I’m not sure what the anger is about, but again I am not asking for free “personalized support” as this is not an issue specific to my environment, theme, or another plugin. I am simply alerting you to a very basic typo in your product, that is displayed throughout the frontend interface. It’s not even a “bug” to be “debugged/investigated.” You could have just said “thanks for pointing that out” and taken 5 minutes to do a simple find/change for “atleast” (which again, is not a word) and change it to “at least.” Instead you’ve chosen to argue with me as if I’m harassing you to do complicated free custom labor on my personal website or something. Of course I would pay for support when personal support is needed, but why should I have to pay you to fix your own typo that affects all users? Bizarre attitude to have.

It does have an API to allow remote creation of clients – can ARMember ‘talk’ to the SAAS to create (and manage) a membership once subscribed/paid for?

Hello, all our clients using your plugin (+20 domains). Now we installed in all our client projects wpml translation plugin. After we doing this we get a randomly an 404. We disabled plugins one by one and it ends to your plugin: when armember is enabled and wpml also enabled we get 404 error. WPML told us this problem is known with your plugin because +600 tickets are open with that issue on wpml side and the developer of this plugin and the plugin developer of armember shoud fix it. We installed fresh wordpress + armember + wpml plugin. Do you plan to fix that issue soon? If not we have to switch all subscriptions to another membership plugin. BR Tommy.
