We try to integrate Adobe Express with the stackposts code, and we get the reviewer results found the following issues: 

- Issue 1: Incorrect Client Name: The client name is currently displayed as “Adobe Express” in the debugger instead of the integration name, “M Studio Editor”. Please align the naming across both platforms. Expected Result: The client name should be displayed as ‘M Studio Editor’ in the debugger instead of ‘AdobeExpress’. 

- Issue 2: As part of the review, please update the button label from ‘Adobe Express’ to ‘Create for Adobe Express’. The current naming is not aligned with Adobe’s branding guidelines. Kindly make this change in all relevant instances to ensure compliance. 

- Issue 3: Unable to Save Images from Adobe Express (PNG and JPG) We’re currently facing an issue where images exported from Adobe Express in PNG and JPG formats are not saving to the file folder as expected.

I tried to open a ticket for these issues, but expired support prevents me from submitting it directly, and it seems to be a technical problem with the new script.

We truly appreciate your input. Our team will carefully review all suggestions and issues related to the script, and we’re committed to improving the platform in future updates.

It seems we are also experiencing issues with Google Drive integration, as our tests resulted in the response: POST https://accounts.google.com/_/IdpIFrameHttp/cspreport/fine-allowlist 400 (Bad Request).

Navigating all these permissions takes a lot of time between submission and approval, yet we keep facing the same problem: integration failure. Please, we’ve waited nearly a year for this version of the script, so kindly review all add-ons in live mode, because I’m sure they haven’t been properly tested—perhaps they don’t even appear or are not configured in your live demo. Therefore, please focus on fixing these bugs, including issues with Google Drive, Adobe Express, Amazon S3, and others.

Personally, I’ll be waiting for the next update, which I hope to be soon, for back to live mode!! ;-(

Also, if you activate OneDrive integration while the storage server is set on Amazon S3, the picked files will be saved on the Amazon bucket but will not be shown in the files directory inside the app with an error message “an error occurred unable to decode input”

I’ve been reporting serious issues with version 9.0 for days – I sent you screenshots, detailed bug descriptions, contacted you via WhatsApp, and… nothing. No response at all.

I can’t even officially report the bugs because “my support has expired”? That makes no sense – at this point, I’m the one supporting you by providing free feedback, and you’re doing nothing with it.

If I’m supposed to pay for 6 months of “support” just to be ignored, then no thanks. I own two of your licenses, and even when I purchased the second one, I still didn’t receive any proper support. You should fulfill the service you promise – which I haven’t received at all during the whole period.

No wonder people are getting frustrated when there’s zero accountability and poor communication with your customers. This is not acceptable.

I am following up after sending the installation report previously, and I have been waiting for a response. I kindly request a prompt update.

After completing the installation in an identical environment with PHP 8.2, a site loading error occurred. I discovered configuration issues and missing modules, which are causing 500 errors, and I am currently addressing them.

I managed to access the admin dashboard to work on the language files first, but the language change is not being applied. I believe this issue may be related to the dashboard error: Class “Number” not found (View: /modules/AdminUserReport/resources/views/partials/admin-dashboard-item.blade.php).

As the saying goes, “The thirsty person digs the well,” I have been identifying and fixing issues whenever possible on my own.

Additionally, I would like to ask where I can modify translations and designs for the index pages and similar content.

After confirming this update, I plan to proceed with the purchase and use of this system for two projects. I sincerely ask for a version update that ensures perfect installation and operation.

Here’s a summary of how to apply a language change.

Problem Even though the admin panel is configured to add languages (English and the local language) and translations are completed, switching languages from the language selector does not change the UI.

Action Taken We’re not sure why the admin language settings aren’t applied to user-side changes. However, the following steps resolved it in our case:

Use resources/lang/en.json as a reference and upload the JSON file for the target language accordingly.

In cPanel or any console, run:

php artisan cache:clear php artisan config:clear php artisan view:clear php artisan optimize:clear

After this, the language loads correctly.

Note: Results may vary by environment; this is a case-by-case example.

I installed version 9. Everything seems to be working perfectly. But the languages won’t activate. I’ve tried changing it to Portuguese and other languages, but it won’t change to English…

Yes, it’s supported.

Your ticket/reporting system makes no sense. After 6 months, customers can no longer report any issues or bugs, even if they are clearly related to your system’s functionality. You’re the ones putting up a wall that prevents users from communicating problems or reporting bugs.

I also messaged you on WhatsApp regarding issues with proxy and Instagram, and I still haven’t received any reply.

A much better solution would be to build an active Discord community, where users could exchange information and your support team could stay in touch with real user issues in real time.

Yes, absolutely! Stackposts is built with open source code, which means you’re free to customize it according to your specific needs. Even better, we will include features in the Admin Dashboard that allow you to make many changes directly—without touching the code.

When is the next sale for Stackpush?

Currently, Stackpush is not available in version 9. We’re planning to rebuild Stackpush using a new codebase similar to the Stackposts Main Script. Once completed, Stackpush will offer significantly more functional features, improved performance, and a better user experience.
