i have purchased an extended license and when i upgraded to the new version it installed the basic license not the extended one i purchased…i cant submit a ticket because support expired and you guys want over 300 dollars for renewed support. ..why did you revert my extended license in my stackpost account. I dont need any support… its your issue that my extended license cant be reinstalled for v9 because the download under my products is incorrect…my account is maxus1963 please advise and check i reverted the license and i am getting a 500 error when i reinstall…the first time i installed it showed the basic license…now i cant install even that….also i purchased the extended license in codecanyon…but codecanyon license code is not in my stackpost support account under products…it show a different code so im confused which code to use…the key in the stackpost account or the one in codecanyon…please advise i am getting internal server error 500
Please don’t worry. Your Extended License is still active. We understand there might be some confusion since you also hold Regular Licenses, but rest assured: your Extended License remains valid, and you’re fully entitled to lifetime updates.

When a scheduled post is published, it stays stuck in the “processing” status instead of updating to “published”. This causes the post to keep repeating even though it was already published. The function markAsPublished() might not be working as expected, or it could be failing silently. Need to check why the post status isn’t being updated correctly after publishing.

I’m reaching out for assistance in setting up the social channels in the Stackposts app, which I purchased today.
I completed the initial setup, but when attempting to add social channels, I noticed that only “X Unofficial” was available. The other platforms did not appear.
I consulted the documentation and followed the activation steps, but I’m still unsure about the installation process. I initially believed that all networks would be available and that I would just need to enter login credentials to connect them.
That said, I’d like to ask: how can I properly add the social channels so I can schedule posts?

We try to integrate Adobe Express with the stackposts code, and we get the reviewer results found the following issues:
- Issue 1: Incorrect Client Name: The client name is currently displayed as “Adobe Express” in the debugger instead of the integration name, “M Studio Editor”. Please align the naming across both platforms. Expected Result: The client name should be displayed as ‘M Studio Editor’ in the debugger instead of ‘AdobeExpress’.
- Issue 2: As part of the review, please update the button label from ‘Adobe Express’ to ‘Create for Adobe Express’. The current naming is not aligned with Adobe’s branding guidelines. Kindly make this change in all relevant instances to ensure compliance.
- Issue 3: Unable to Save Images from Adobe Express (PNG and JPG) We’re currently facing an issue where images exported from Adobe Express in PNG and JPG formats are not saving to the file folder as expected.
I tried to open a ticket for these issues, but expired support prevents me from submitting it directly, and it seems to be a technical problem with the new script.

It seems we are also experiencing issues with Google Drive integration, as our tests resulted in the response: POST https://accounts.google.com/_/IdpIFrameHttp/cspreport/fine-allowlist 400 (Bad Request).
Navigating all these permissions takes a lot of time between submission and approval, yet we keep facing the same problem: integration failure. Please, we’ve waited nearly a year for this version of the script, so kindly review all add-ons in live mode, because I’m sure they haven’t been properly tested—perhaps they don’t even appear or are not configured in your live demo. Therefore, please focus on fixing these bugs, including issues with Google Drive, Adobe Express, Amazon S3, and others.
Personally, I’ll be waiting for the next update, which I hope to be soon, for back to live mode!! ;-(
Also, if you activate OneDrive integration while the storage server is set on Amazon S3, the picked files will be saved on the Amazon bucket but will not be shown in the files directory inside the app with an error message “an error occurred unable to decode input”
