MAJOR ISSUE: in the current version: The whole contract signature is not working. It loads forever and the inout fields for mail, name etc. are completely gone. -> Also it would be good to save the IP Adress and the exact datetime of the signature time (Right now it shows as “Signed Yesterday” and not “Signed on [date]”.
Edit: This bug just occurs in the “contracts” tab in the dashboard. When signing the contract over thge external link, everything works as expected.
Also: We have to use SMTP for Mail, and when attaching the contract as file, the smtp does not work, please fix that too!

Fixed it. I think it was a storage problem, the software was overloaded for a few hours, but it is completely fixed!

Hey! I would love a feature to put Projects into categories and allow my staff to just access different projects in those categories + projects they are assigned to. Also i need a feature, to give my staff the ability to text ALL my customers, wihtout having to add them manually to the “can text customers” list.

Hi, I’ve noticed that when managing a lead, there’s a very useful “Convert to Client” button that opens the “Add Client” modal already pre-filled with the lead’s data.
I was wondering: Is there a similar button or feature to convert an Estimate into an Invoice — where clicking it would auto-fill the Invoice modal with the Estimate’s information? Since they’re pretty similar documents, just as leads with clients.
It seems like a logical and expected functionality, but I haven’t found it in the current version. Let me know if it exists or if there’s a recommended way to implement it.
This would be especially helpful when dealing with estimates that include many items — recreating the same document manually as an invoice, line by line, feels a bit inefficient.

“Hide team members list from dropdowns?” This is not working from dropdown menu in tasks and proposals, estimates etc. I need also permission option for proposals for own proposals because current permission is only for all proposals but for own proposal it is missing.

- (Hide team members list from dropdowns?) it is hidding each team member name from dopdown but if i let in dropdown Team member which appears in dropdown at tasks and otherwhere as default, then it is showing me the tasks of all Team Members. Each one should see only own tasks and not tasks of all team members
With Projects we can add Project members. Is there any way to add a project team, which would add multiple members at a time? Or can you add this as an option?

1. Is it possible to set up the system so that all users can view planned and approved vacations of their colleagues, ideally in a calendar view? This would greatly help our team with planning and coverage during absences. If this feature is not currently available, could it be considered for future development?
2. Is there a way to create global filters for projects, tasks, etc., that would be available to all users? This would be very useful for maintaining consistency and improving user experience across the team.
3. Lastly, we’ve noticed that some emoji are not displayed correctly—instead of the emoji, question marks sometimes appear. Is full emoji support planned, or is there a recommended solution for this issue?

Since latest update, when converting a lead into a client, it is no longer showing the checkbox if i want sent login details to that customer or not. I dont want to send to every client converted lead the login details as customer. Can you please return the checkbox that i can choose when i convert a lead to a customer if i want send the login details or not to that customer ?
