Under Register settings, the button “Enable registration” constanly disable by itself, is there suggestion why this is not working (I have checkd the wordpress options and buddypress). When a user try to register it shows the message “user registration is currently disabled”, I would reallly appreciate some help please Thanks

Please try disabling Youzify while keeping BuddyPress active. Then check if the same problem occurs on the registration page with only BuddyPress active.

Dear Team,

I have tried everything I can to stop spammers from posting on Youzify, but unfortunately, without success.

They are injecting HTML into the “bio” widget and adding links to their posts.

Is there a way to block HTML or links in the bio widget? Can HTML be blocked in posts as well?

If this is not possible, is there a plugin you recommend that effectively blocks spammers?

I have received notification of a new update for the youzify plugin but I do not see a changelog file of changes for this update…attempting to find a changelog over this update seems to lead me throughout several articles of outdated changelogs…I feel it’s highly important to show this update changelog prior to administering the updates… I noticed quite a few other developers actually place their changelogs right on the item details page so we can see changes made and trust what we are installing..may I ask why it is hard for your team to show a changelog over the updates ? We received notification of the youzify updates but have no clue as to what the changes are…I just don’t install updates blindly

In the meantime, please make sure your WordPress and WooCommerce are updated to the latest versions. Alternatively, you can try disabling the WooCommerce integration temporarily to see if that helps.

If the issue persists, you may consider rolling back to a previous version of Youzify as a temporary workaround.

Unfortunately, Youzify doesn’t have a built-in membership payment system. However, you can use Youzify together with a third-party plugin to enable paid membership functionality.

Hello, I’ve seen consistent requests about WCFM and even your response 5 years ago about planning to integrate. Can you tell me if I can integrate with WCFM now?

Unfortunately, Youzify does not officially integrate with WCFM. We have reached out to them to offer an integration between Youzify and their plugin, but unfortunately, we have not received any response. Since this integration requires collaboration between both our teams, it cannot be implemented solely from our side.

However, you can still use Youzify and WCFM together, as Youzify integrates with WooCommerce. Additionally, if WCFM provides a shortcode, you can add it to a Youzify custom tab to display their content within user profiles.

hello, with your albums addon, webp is converted to a file and placed in the file section, not the photo album, how will webp go to the album?

By default, the WebP image format is not supported in WordPress. That’s why it currently doesn’t work with the Youzify Album add-on either.

However, after doing some research, we found that you can enable WebP support in WordPress by using a third-party plugin. Please check this article for more information:

Once you successfully enable WebP support on your WordPress site, it should work with the Youzify Album plugin as well.

i realize this is a pre-sales forum, however, after several years of using youzer/youzify, i have problem with the profile tabs. they display only 4 tabs, regardless…activity, friends, groups, forums. my concern is custom tabs which i created one custom tab and cannot get it to display. after searching this forum, i found someone with similar issue and the solution provided was an upgrade. i am using v 3.5.7 of youzify… i am not able to have more than four tabs on user profile, and non of the custom tabs. please assist to correct this issue.

I wasn’t able to replicate the issue you reported on our staging site using the latest version of Youzify. There could be several reasons why this issue is happening on your website. Please try the following steps:

1 Navigate to Youzify Panel → Profile Settings → Tabs Settings, and make sure the relevant tabs are enabled.

2 If you have any custom code in the bp-custom.php file, please try disabling it temporarily by renaming the file, then check again.

3 Perform a plugin conflict test: Deactivate all plugins except Youzify. If this resolves the issue, reactivate the plugins one by one to identify the conflicting one. You may also switch to a default WordPress theme (like Twenty Twenty-Four) temporarily to rule out any theme-related conflicts.

4 Lastly, please make sure you’re using the latest versions of BuddyPress and WordPress, and that your server is running PHP 8.0 or higher, as this is the minimum requirement.

i did all that…saw on wp.org forum that latest version of youzify not compatible with bp classic? but am unable to deactivate bp classic, i get blank pages. so still only 4 tabs displaying on profile

The worst add-on you can buy. I do not recommend it. Any developer who sees my comment will understand why. Here, the developer puts marketing words and images. When you buy, the first thing you are shocked by is that there are no models to choose from. There is only one model, and it has very big errors. Secondly, it became clear to me that the developer did this intentionally to ensure sales and support. All of this is considered a type of manipulation.

Hello, I already have a directory website on WordPress. I’m thinking of adding the Youzify plugin to my existing directory website so I can have profiles for “influencers” and “travelers” who have a account as a web user on my website.

Will this plug work for this feature or will it override the existing theme and will require Buddypress?

At the moment, Youzify requires BuddyPress to work. However, it is compatible with almost all WordPress themes on the market. Please note that if your current theme has its own membership or members directory system, Youzify may replace that system and styling.

Having a major issue with youzify right now…After re-installing website and adding the plugin back I cannot login to website with plugin activated. It continues to tell me I have a certain amount of hours until I can log back in again.. I had another user test their login and same issue.. Once plugin is de-activated we can access the website. I attempted your php snippet to reset login attempts but it doesn’t work…. Any ideas on this issue ? This is with membership activated.. If we disable membership we are good as well
