dear sirs, in the posts there is a “like” button, but that is a in real a “favorite” button, because it puts the liked post in the favorite section of the member profile. My question is very simple, how can i change the text of the “like” button? i would like it to be “favorite” instead. thanks!

Hi, an inquiry. You have a widget for users to display Instagram Profile. You also have settings for allowing embedding. When I paste a script or link embed it only displays a link, not the content/profile of the link/script embed. Is this how your plugin is setup or could it be something else? Thanks!

Unfortunately, some embed scripts or URLs may not work properly within the widget. To display your Instagram profile, we recommend using the Instagram widget instead, as it’s designed specifically for that purpose.

Hi, just a suggestion. Could you make it so when a profile header and user avatar is uploaded it doesn’t display in the media files? Reason i’m suggesting this is because I had to upload a header 4 time to make sure it looked good and that’s all you see in my profile is 4 of the same images. Thanks!

The uploaded cover image and avatar are stored within the BuddyPress and Youzify folders, so they should not appear in the WordPress Media Library. Could you please confirm if they are showing up in your media library?

Not showing in media Library in Wordpress. It’s showing in the Media of the Youzify member profile. It’s showing that I uploaded five profile headers because I could not get the right fit. I was suggesting that these do not show up in the members Media section on their profile page. Thanks!

Indeed, the avatar and cover image you upload will automatically appear in the Profile Media because Youzify treats these images as part of the user’s media library.
Unfortunately, there’s currently no option to hide them, but we’ll consider adding a setting to control this behavior in future updates.

Hello, We are using YOUSIFY since 3 years however, for a few days now we have no longer been able to post photos on the news wall. We do have the image previewed, but when the post is published, the image does not appear. What should I do?

Please do the following:
1. Make sure you are using the most updated versions of Youzify, WordPress & your theme.
2. Deactivate all of your plugins. If this solves the problem, gradually activate your plugins one by one, until you spot the problematic plugin.
3. If you have a caching plugin, make sure you deactivate it, or even better – purge the cache.
4. Change your WordPress theme to WordPress TwentySeventeen (or other default WordPress theme).
5. On your WordPress root folder, edit the wp-config.php and set the value of WP-DEBUG to true.

We’ve tested it on our side and couldn’t replicate the issue you mentioned.
As for the “can’t post blog posts” concern — that’s actually expected behavior. Members can’t create blog posts directly from the Activity page. They need to publish blog posts through the WordPress editor (on the backend), and once published, the posts will automatically appear in the activity stream.

quick question, in the activity streams , post acrtivity shows in duplicate, first without a border around it and no links and the second with a border around it . I assume this is a setting somewhere, can you please point me in the right direction to adjust it

Im a fan of the plugin. I do have a question. Is there some sort of trial period for the Addons extensions (ALL). I would love to use all of them for a few days and see which ones i really want, or heck all of them maybe. Why was my last support query here deleted without being answered? After you closed several tickets in your private support forum, and have not responded to my queries for support this week since last Friday? I want to remain professional, please can you render support as I have said we are already over-committed to Youzify and do not want a refund.
If there’s something I’m asking if Youzifiy can’t do, I don’t complain. I just accept it. But getting all my support tickets closed now finding that you’ve deleted the question here is really disappointing. Can we get back on track as I require your support to launch our project.

I can absolutely get a dev to help with some customizations, but can you please offer support for things that fall within the scope of your support and just tell me if something doesn’t? We have also bought All access pass and if there’s a bug or something that is core we will need your help with that. I even offered to pay more but I didn’t get an answer on that.
I can understand you feel some kind of way but I want to amicably continue working with y’all and just want to get back to a good working relationship because it doesn’t have to be like this.
We’re about 90% sorted, just needed some genuine bugs or issues tended to. I am happy to accept that some things are outside your scope, but the things that are within it; why not still allow us to have support for that? An mentioned I have a very simplified list of issues atm; can you please check those (I can make a new ticksy ticket) and then we take it from there? That is fair I believe. We have invested a lot of time and money and are so close to launch.

I noticed an update pushed out in February but after checking the update changelogs I see the latest update still only goes to November …Quite a few of us will not update anything until we can see a changelogs…In January you also had an update and you had no changelog . I would think that updating the changelogs would be just as important as the update
