4. The Ai should be able to use a Knowledge base

7. Manually Add number that message to contact (when a number messages, user can easily add the number to contact by clicking on add the three dots and add to contact )

8. Manual subscription system (admin can manually assign plan to user)

9. The default Country Code isn’t working y’all should fix it

10. In the client Area, Everything that still has “Whatsmark” should be made to inherit the website site name/site title ( I feel like you guys are working on this already)

quick one, this should be resolved probably in the next update the invoice Number shown on the website: Invoice Number: INV-DRAFT

but the main invoice number will be shown when the payment has been approved payment method: Manual Bank Transfer

Once the invoice is paid, the system automatically converts the concept INV-DRAFT to an invoice with a specific number.

We can assist you only in creating a Meta account and obtaining number approval. yes can create multi-login for multiple clients (tenants). Each tenant will need to provide their Meta account details. Meta will directly deduct the amount. If you have any additional questions, please then create a support ticket on our support portal.

Is it possible to connect the system with a WhatsApp account via QR code, similar to how WhatsApp Web works?

Ideally, can we have two connection options: a) Official (via Meta’s API) b) Unofficial (for blast campaign purposes)

For the unofficial connection, will there be any shadow ban protection or optimization settings available?

Can the AI bot be trained using our product knowledge base?

For example, during specific chats, I would like to enable the AI bot to respond based on the product information we have trained it with.

Will the system include WhatsApp CRM features, such as:

Label/tag assignment

Lead management (e.g. transferring to another agent)
