I want to have clarification for following: 1. My clients can connect their whatsapp number (usiing meta) and send messages with their numbers. 2. How Many numbers can they connect? 3. What about templates? DO they need to create templates in our platform or in meta everytime? 4. Meta API charges + our platform charges is what our customer pays for the service, right? 5. If my client want to use this whatsapp to send a OTP messages, in PHP or mobile and he will need API access to our platforrm, how can that be done? Is this feature included? if not, is this feature intended to implement? If yes, by when I can expect this? 6. Can they check the report of delivered and undelivered messages?

3. All templates must be created and approved on Meta (WhatsApp Business Manager). WhatsMark allows you to use approved templates inside the platform. But initial template creation and approval must happen in Meta’s WABA dashboard.
4. Yes, customers need to pay both: Meta API Charges – Charged directly by Meta (based on message category, region, etc.). WhatsMark Platform Fee – This is your platform’s usage/subscription fee.
5. Currently, WhatsMark does not yet provide external API access for OTP or programmatic message sending.However, this feature is under consideration and is part of our upcoming roadmap.
ETA: This feature is planned, but we do not have a confirmed release date yet.
6. Yes, delivery tracking is included. Clients can see status reports like Sent Delivered Read Failed / Undelivered
These reports are available inside the Campaign Reports or Message Logs (for bots) section of the platform.

A regular license is fine for you. The demo has reset every 3 hours; that’s why. though you will get Flow Builder with regular license.

Hello, quick question based on my previous experience with out SaaS product. If I purchase this $54 product, I will get the SaaS Whats App tool where tenant can enrol to the subscription I am offering to them. I will integrate my own payment gateway from Razorpay or Stripe.
Or do I nned to by the extended licence of $299 to run the SaaS.

However, if you plan to:
- Resell the platform to others as a product,
- Rebrand or white-label it for other clients,
- Or offer the software itself as a service for resellers,
Then you’ll need to purchase the Extended License ($299).

Setting up an account can be complicated for newcomers, especially if they lack technical knowledge. That’s why it’s important for me to offer my own WhatsApp Cloud API and Meta App, with messaging costs already included in the subscription plans, so users only need to add their phone numbers.
That’s not possible. Every tenant must have their own number, waba id and meta account details. You can check WhatsApp cloud API documentation for more information

Your new update is very interesting, the flow builder is great, but it is still not competitive with other scripts on the market. Additional features of the flow builder: delay (possibility to wait a few seconds before sending another message), Labels.
And AI function, all scripts are already offering this function, and it is vital to be able to compete not only with those here in codecanyon, in the current market.

Our entire application connects to the official WhatsApp Cloud API. we don’t have a plan for an unofficial whatsapp connection. It may permanently block your number.
