Is it possible to connect the system with a WhatsApp account via QR code, similar to how WhatsApp Web works?
Ideally, can we have two connection options: a) Official (via Meta’s API) b) Unofficial (for blast campaign purposes)
For the unofficial connection, will there be any shadow ban protection or optimization settings available?
Can the AI bot be trained using our product knowledge base?
For example, during specific chats, I would like to enable the AI bot to respond based on the product information we have trained it with.
Will the system include WhatsApp CRM features, such as:
Label/tag assignment
Lead management (e.g. transferring to another agent)
Contact segmentation or grouping, etc.?

Razorpay is already available, and I believe it supports UPI payments. it is not directly related to our script. you can check razorpay docs for more information.

Yes, all tenants are required to set up the Meta API.

1) Not sure why but when ever i keep page open for sometime it automatily redirect to https://domain.com/livewire/update 404 page not found 2) When i Schedule Campain with particuler time ! it’s always set diffrent time ( I think issue is with time zone )

Our script exclusively uses the WhatsApp Cloud API. For bulk campaigns, our script sends messages in batches. i.e., 100 messages per minute, etc. our script works on shared hosting and vps too. However, if you have multiple active tenants and experience a heavy load, we recommend using a VPS server.

The Extended License comes with several additional benefits. For instance, the Drag & Drop Bot Flow Builder includes the raw Vue files, allowing you to customize and modify the source code as per your requirements.
On the other hand, the Regular License includes only the pre-built and compiled Vue files, which are not intended for customization.
