I just installed this in our server. This is one of the most comprehensive and sleek resto app in codecanyon. Some issues are understandable but I’m sure the devs are onto it.
Some that I found: - On creating a new order, the UI does not update when switching from Dine-in, Delivery and Pickup. It works fine when the order has been placed already.
Feature request: - If it is possible to add an order status that shows that the food is ready to be served. As of now, it is only in KOT but not in orders. This is so that the waiter will know the status even without opening the KOT which is for the Kitchen staff only.
Unsolicited Suggestions for Printing capability: - For windows only, you can use QZ Tray which can send ESCPOS Data to thermal printers as well as a kick command for cashboxes.

I would like to share this observation once again: the system still occasionally repeats the same order number. While this issue was previously addressed when the system is used in a single screen, it continues to occur when multiple screens are open — whether in the same browser or across different systems.
When accessing the Point of Sale (POS) from multiple windows, the same order number is reserved across all screens, leading to unwanted duplication and potential data inconsistencies or confusion.
We kindly ask you to look into this matter and resolve it at your earliest convenience.

One small issue: Users or staff can currently change the KOT (Kitchen Order Ticket) item list during payment.
For example, if 5 pizzas are ordered and the KOT has already been issued and served, the cashier can still reduce the quantity to 1, 2, 3, or 4 during payment — and the price is adjusted accordingly.
This creates a risk of misuse. Either:
Any changes made to the KOT should be logged/stored for review, OR
This authority should be restricted/disabled after the KOT is issued.
Also, when we change the role to “Update Order”, it disables the ability to process payments.
Please review and address this in the next update.

Pre-sale questions: 1- can you create a variant from a variant? Example if I sell pizza small- $15 and large-$25 can I assign 10 toppings for the small at 1.50 each and 10 toppings for a large at 2.00 each.

It depends upon the permission you give to the role
The permission i give them is only for the front operation, not kot yet they can maybe its a bug

Pre buy testing with customer. Hi I think so far you did a great job. But… first annoying bug is on our customer setup. Most of the time navigating to menu items almost always need a page refresh. Otherwise links are not functioning. i.e. with POS menu this is a no-go. if choosen POS you cannot select table before it needs a page refresh. Please tell me it is on your scope of improvement.

I would like to request a few improvements and features to enhance the user experience and streamline the order process on the script:
1. WhatsApp Integration Please add a feature that allows sending order details directly to WhatsApp. This will help us communicate quickly with customers and confirm their orders more efficiently.
2. Simplified Order Form Currently, the customer is required to fill out their details in three separate steps (email → name & phone number → address). This can be confusing and time-consuming. Could you redesign the form so that all the necessary information (email, name, phone, and address) can be entered at once in a single window?
3. Waiter Call Button Currently, the “Call Waiter” button appears in the middle of the menu, which can be distracting. Could you make it so that:
It only appears when the customer scans the QR code from a table OR
Move it to the side menu to reduce visual clutter?
4. Desktop Application + Printing Integration Please consider creating a lightweight desktop application for the store dashboard. Ideally, this app should also integrate with our receipt-printing software to simplify the process at the point of sale.
5. Response Delays We have noticed some noticeable delays in system response times. It’s unclear whether the issue is from the hosting server or the application itself. Could you please investigate and let us know what might be causing this slowdown?

1.1 How can I see Waiter Void Report? Like removing items from KOT and the reason and all.

i dont know you solution is just too resource intensive a $50 android tablet is better than a pc,
i simply added a simple script to the print blade and it worked, the only drawback is chrome has a pop up warning about external link, but using samsung browser it automatically prints
and the script have a bluetooth, wifi and network function for multiple locations

How much did u poll your customers, do u see the hand held android solutions, do u see the demographic of your customers the best solution is to go mobile, sorry but u definitely miss on this one, talk to your custo.ers
Are you using the POS on mobile phone?
Yes, it might not be optimized, but that is your job. There are many pos ui solution kits that u can adapt, the application is just too heavy and not flexible for small environments which most of your customers are, i notice u are redoing the customer site. Please poll us on options, but consider the android option i am not a coder using ai i figured out a solution in 20 minutes. Even if its to run the current google app. And then sell a better custom solution later

However, a suggestion; if for similar situation if you keep the domain.ext change as automated like some of the others on envato provide for their products, it will be easy without having to trouble you every time and the waiting.

You are createing a new domain request. You need to create the update domain request to change the domain which will be approved within 10-15 minutes
