Hey, i want to sell a plugin through this, but can this push auto update for the purchased users, so user can update the plugin in the wodpress site directly if push new update?

Hi,

WooCommerce handles files and downloads—you’ll need to use WooCommerce’s API for that.

Alternatively, I have another license manager product that handles updates: Keevault – Software License Manager

It comes with a free WooCommerce plugin you can use to integrate Keevault with WooCommerce. The Keevault plugin is a starting point, not a full integration.

Hi,

Just installed Woocommerce License Manager.

1. Does it works with Cartflow?

2. My aim is to do a Onepage checkout using Cartflow.

As of now, it uses the default Woocommerce TQ Page rather than Cartflow’s TQ Page.

Please advise.

Hi,

The plugin was not tested with Cartflow.

Hi Firas,

Very happy to use this plugin, nice work!

I have two suggestions though:

- Be able to filter the licenses per date “Created”, so bulk actions have less chances to mess up with other licenses. And in general, just more options for filtering the licenses.

- Be able to create more than one generator rule for the same product/variation. Fo instance, a rule can be used for automatic license generation at checkout, while another just for manual generation. This would be useful for generating licenses with a different format for third-party resellers. Currently, the only way is to edit the current rule, generate the licenses, then edit the rule back. If you get a checkout during this small time window, the customer will have a third-party license instead of an original one. And when working with several third-party resellers, it’s just tidier to have multiple generators with different prefix/suffix anyway.

Cheers, Greg

Hi,

The dashboard rework isn’t finished yet. I apologize for the delay and appreciate your patience.

then how we can contact you?

Hi,

You can contact me through contact@firassaidi.com

Hi, I have a few questions before purchasing the plugin. I’ve already checked the demo.

Is there a way to see which client website the license key is activated on? Also, is there an option to renew or extend the license, and will the changes automatically reflect on the client’s site? I see that a new license key is created for every order. That approach doesn’t seem practical for long-term management.

Hi,

1. Yes, on the Edit License Key page, you can see the Device IDs or Domains if any are assigned.

2. Yes, you’ll need the Subscriptions Integration add-on. You can disable license key generation for renewals, and the add-on will extend the existing key instead.

Please consider using github for your ticketing system so other users can see solutions without having to bother you for support that may have already been answered or at least post the question and resolution to github when things are resolved if you are worried about providing support to those with inactive support. Currently we cannot see resolutions to other’s tickets in the website and looking at the comments you get a lot of similar questions .

I tried to submit a support ticket, spent 20+ minutes writing it in great detail, hit submit and then it just disappeared… it did not show in active tickets or anything

I just sent you an email with the requested info, thank you very much!

I think payments had to be set up because I installed payments, rebuilt the data base and it seems to be working but feel free to check it out

Hi,

Glad to hear it’s working! For subscriptions, the license keys are assigned and renewed when the payment_complete hook fires, so it won’t work without a payment.

since last update email with codes only arrives at complete the order (not any more in processing status), also license keys page URL doesnt work neither, search engine option to import the products also is missing (was removed)

Hi,

Please open a support ticket on our support platform https://support.firassaidi.com and I will assist you with this issue.

it is not a config issue, is a plugin issue

Hi,

The missing search product filters will be fixed soon as part of an upcoming complete dashboard rework. Regarding the email issue, it’s not related to the plugin, as the last update was released a few months ago, and no other users have reported this problem.

For further assistance, please renew your support and open a support ticket.

Thank you.

Currently I have the plugin License Manager for WooCommerce (by WPExperts.io), how could I migrate everything to this plugin?

The problem is that I have multiple orders with assigned license keys

Maybe you could add a migrator :) Some other licensing plugins include this tool :)

I’ll consider it for a future update. For now, migrating license keys from another plugin must be done manually.

Why i dont receive answer in my ticket? Lets try to solve my issue from here..

Actually i use license manager with the license pools, but nothing from admin panel works

For example, i cant delete license key, i cant assign missing license keys, cant replace etc. The buttons are visible, but they dont do nothing, the assign license keys atleast reload the page, but the remove ones doesnt work, even with the latest plugins versions

Hello,

I’m interested in using your WooCommerce License Manager Plugin for my business, where I sell digital tools or software. I need some clarifications regarding how your licensing system works.

1️⃣ HWID-Based Licensing (Machine Locking) Does your plugin support binding a license to a specific hardware ID (HWID) to prevent users from sharing keys? If HWID binding is supported, is there an API endpoint to retrieve and manage HWID activations? Can users deactivate a license from an old PC to activate it on a new one?

2️⃣ License Activation Limits Per Product Can I set different activation limits per product? For example: Product A → Maximum 5 activations Product B → Maximum 10 activations If activation limits are reached, will the API block new activations? Is there an API endpoint to retrieve the current activation count for a license key?

3️⃣ API Documentation & Integration Where can I find the API documentation for implementing activation, deactivation, and license verification? Do you have sample API requests for activating a license via HTTP? I appreciate your response, as this will help me determine if your plugin is the right fit for my licensing system. Looking forward to your reply.

Hello,

Thank you for confirming that your plugin supports HWID-based licensing, activation limits per product, and license deactivation. This is exactly what I need for my software licensing system.

I have one more important question before purchasing:

1 – Can I use the license management system on my main domain and subdomains? 2 – For example, if my main site is example.com, can I also manage licenses from sub.example.com? 3 – Does the license only work for the main domain, or does it support multiple subdomains as well?

This is important for my setup, and I’d appreciate your clarification.

Looking forward to your response!

Hi,

You need to purchase one license per domain or subdomain. Each WordPress installation requires its own license.

Hello, Your fast response and support are really appreciated, and it gives me confidence in using your plugin. Thanks again for your assistance!

Hi. We want to use this plugin to sell access keys to our API. Is it possible? We have a SAAS service, with access to it via API and we would like to automate sales and billing with this plugin. From the important – the ability to somehow extend previously sold access keys…

Hi,

Yes, it is possible if you configure your API to use the generated license keys as API keys or auth tokens. To automatically extend the license keys, you’ll need the subscriptions integration addon.

Demo is not working!

Hi,

I have fixed the demo.

Hello there , please add feature to hide all keys, and should be viewable by using SSO with 2FA (codes on each order and plugin page) thanks

until now i never needed an support option, but few days ago i made some changes now i cant see the custom options (attributes/variations ) in the woocomerce order (Admin Panel)

Hi,

Please open a support ticket on our support platform https://support.firassaidi.com and I will assist you with this issue.

I noticed that when I have a large sales flow, the plugin sends 2 licenses to the same user even though he purchased one.

Hello, I have used this product for a long time and I think it is one of the best but with the last update they made a mistake by removing the search engine option to import the products, I hope they can solve this problem, I am leaving an image, previously I could write the name of the product and be able to import, but this option disappeared, and it is very complicated to import the products when you have a large store with many products, search.

On the download page, click the dropdown next to the plugin name (the large download button), then select “Installable WordPress files only.” Upload the downloaded plugin ZIP file using the “Add Plugin” option in your WordPress site dashboard.

okay let me try

thanks i got it working

I am using your License Manager Plugin for my WordPress shop and manage multiple products with it. I would like to know if it’s possible to store product-specific instructions/documentation directly within the plugin, so that each product can have its own instruction manual. Does this functionality already exist, or do you plan to implement such a feature? Thank you in advance for your response. Best regards

Hi,

This feature is built into WooCommerce. You can use the ‘Purchase Note’ option to add instructions that will appear on the order page and in emails.

To add a Purchase Note, go to the dashboard: Product page > Product Data > Advanced > Purchase Note.

Epic Service! Plugin is Awsome and the Service is better. BIG THANKS
